When the weather turns unpleasant in winter, we feel the magical
fascination of the Caribbean most strongly. Snow-white palm-fringed
beaches, relaxed snorkeling, a barbecue on the beach ... we all have our
very own idea of its unique way of life. Our SEA CLOUDs have been part
of this dream destination for forty years now, and over the years its many
islands have become like home for our crew. We would like to share this
feeling with you. Our close connection to the area and its people allows
us to give you deep insights into this fascinating part of the world.

The fact that St Barths can only be reached
by small aircraft or visited by the yachts of
the world often attracts international
celebrities. They come to enjoy relaxing
and tranquil days on the beach in one of
the chic beach clubs and the small town
of Gustavia. A major highlight on the
island is the annual Bucket Regatta: In this
remarkable sailing event up to 30 stylish
superyachts compete against one another.
And on your SEA CLOUD, you have a box
seat for this spectacle!

We drop anchor in places that draw the smaller yachts from all
over the world. The carefree way of life is highly infectious, and
you will quickly strike up a conversation in the hidden coves
and rustic beach bars. The Îles des Saintes are charmingly
French; Virgin Gorda lures with the famous stone labyrinth
“The Baths” and the Caribbean nonchalance is very much en

Every island a new
treasure chest
While on St Lucia, the green volcanic
plugs of the two Pitons almost regally
greet the approaching SEA CLOUDs from
afar, the natural beauty of Dominica holds
back a little, yet fascinates with its lush
national parks – one of them a UNESCO
World Natural Heritage Site. And Grenada
carries its name “Spice Island” for a good
reason: Its air is heavy with the aromas of
cloves, ginger and nutmeg.
The green side of the Antilles
The nature here is as colorful and spirited as the local people
and the Creole culture. Volcanic lakes, waterfalls and gardens
with tropical plants: On the more southern islands of the Antilles
and the Grenadines, the Caribbean shows a completely different

The colorful flair of
the ABC Islands
Coquettishly, Aruba, Bonaire and Curaçao
flirt with their colonial heritage. Besides
the cheerful, colorful architecture of
narrow, Dutch-gabled houses
in the lively island capitals, colorful
snorkeling paradises await. The three
islands are as diverse as the alphabet.
Bonaire surprises with a lot of nature and
the famous salt lakes, around which it
seems as though flamingos were the sole
inhabitants of the island.
Jamaica – a natural beauty
Jamaica seems to have invented deceleration: Between natural
beaches, the turquoise sea and coconut palms, everything on
the sunny Rastafarian island breathes relaxation. The reggae
music that Bob Marley introduced to the world sets the pace.
The most scenic corner is the area around the small town
of Port Antonio with its caves, rivers and waterfalls. It is
