• University of Calgary Rehabilitation and Fitness for Persons with Physical Disabilities
  Kinesiology – Health and Fitness Programs
        • The Rehabilitation and Fitness Program for Persons with a Physical Disability incorporates
          individually designed programs performed in a group setting.
        • Participants attend two days a week for approximately two hours a day. The price is $185
          for a 14-week session, and a $60 initial assessment. All programs are specifically designed
          with elements of strength training, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, balance and co-
          ordination.

        • A barrier-free facility in the heart of northwest Calgary features a warm 34.5° salt-water
