The Opportunity
Share in the success of New Zealand’s largest agricultural and pastoral event
and the largest trade exhibition in the South Island. With up to 100,000 visitors
expected to attend in 2019, the New Zealand Agricultural Show provides
exhibitors with an incredible selling opportunity in a unique market environment.
Each year around 600 trade exhibitors take part in the event, sharing in a piece
of the Show’s $16+ million contribution to the Canterbury economy.

The Innovation Hub is focused on connecting farmers, growers, rural
advisors and the wider industry to discuss and shape the future of our
primary industry. The Hub provides a place where we can connect with SEMINAR AREA

Providing a space for the showcase of top produce, tasty tipples and indulgent treats, the Food Pavilion is a must-visit

Showgrounds, the Pavilion also houses the Westinghouse Kitchen with demonstrations from the country’s top chefs daily

Food vendor sites a pocketed all over the
showgrounds and subject to availability. These
sites are limited and extremely popular. If you are
preparing and selling food at The Show you will need
a Christchurch City Council Food Licence. There
are water taps located all over the showgrounds
for your convenience.

8Exhibitor Tickets & parking passes:
EXHIBITOR TICKETS
Every member of your team must have a ticket to enter the Showgrounds
during the Show. The President of the Association cannot even enter the
Show without a ticket!
Exhibitors are supplied with 3-Day Exhibitor Passes allowing one person
entry on all three days.
A 3 Day Exhibitor Pass can be exchanged for 3 x 1 Day Exhibitor Passes.
VEHICLE PARKING PASSES
To access the designated Trade Exhibitor Parking area at any time, your
vehicle must have a parking pass, otherwise you will have to park in the
public car park.
To access all trade sites on Show Days (prior to 7.45am) with a vehicle
you require a parking pass and exhibitor ticket. After 5:30pm you will still
need to show your parking pass to security. Vehicle Parking passes also
give you access to the showgrounds outside of business hours on set
up days.

Wednesday 22 October 2019. After this date you will need to come to the
Show Office to purchase tickets, available until 5pm Tuesday
12th November 2019.

$28 1-Day Challenge Tickets – these can be purchase at the gate during
