                  for Your Business
As a means of communication between the
                                       company and the customer, Public
                                          Relations and Marketing form an
integral part of any business and
                                               requires planning. For a
                                                 Communications campaign to
                                                  be successful, many things
                                                   need to work perfectly
                                                    together: the right strategy,
                                                    the right design, the right

                                                    message. As an
                                                    entrepreneur, the question
                                                   lies in how does he/she
                                                  effectively communicate the
                                                 business to the public? This
                                               workshop evaluates such
                                             considerations offering
                                          appropriate tools and techniques to
set about developing a strategic plan.

LEAN For MICRO
Lean tools and techniques are helping companies across the globe to
address competitiveness issues within their businesses, building the
capability of their people to identify issues and improve their operations.
Lean is about being effective and efficient - doing things quicker, better,
cheaper together. Lean strives to stamp out waste and to continually
improve performance.
Lean for Micro is designed to encourage existing firms adopt Lean
business principles in their organisations to increase competitiveness.
The Lean programme involves a short in-company assignment by an
external ‘Lean’ consultant who will introduce Lean principles and
complete a specific cost reduction project.
The programme will commence with a diagnostic of current practice and
performance. Key performance indicators will be established to achieve
targeted business improvement measures based on a set of Lean tools
and methodologies tailored to suit each client’s situation.
Lean for Micro is available to eligible companies across a variety of
sectors. The Programme will involve a mix of workshops and on-site
meetings. The programme is also ideal for firms trading with Northern
Ireland or the UK who wish to review their cost base and margins ahead
of BREXIT.
The programme is heavily subsidised with participants contributing
€250 towards an overall cost of €2,950 per firm.
