  As 2020 draws to an end, and we reflect on what a difficult year
this has been for everyone. The tourism industry was especially hit
 hard, but with a new COVID-19 vaccine on the horizon we all look
                   forward to a much better 2021.

 For those of you longing to come to our beautiful tropical island
   for Festive we do have one villa available, Where Else Villa, a
gorgeous two-bedroom villa with private pool and stunning ocean
   views. For the festive season we have added a wide array of
 activities ranging from sunrise yoga, adventure hikes, night golf,
   nature walks to cocktail receptions, themed dinners with an
                  abundance of live entertainment.

Canouan Estate Resort & Villas Designated a Bubble
                         Resort

Canouan Estate Resort & Villas, Canouan, St Vincent and the Grenadines has been classified
as a Bubble Resort by the St. Vincent & The Grenadines Ministry of Health, Wellness and the
Environment (MOHWE).

In line with local official requirements, mandatory health and safety measures include:
temperature screening at entrance, health questionnaires, hand sanitizers, and increased
sanitation and disinfection of all surfaces in suites and villas, restaurants and common
areas. Our team continues to employ social distancing practices throughout the resort, the
wearing of personal protective equipment and revised maximum capacities in our
restaurants.

At Canouan Estate Resort & Villas, the comfort, health and safety of our guests and
colleagues is always our highest priority. In order to continue maintaining a safe and healthy
environment, the following are expectations for arrival to Canouan Island and required
quarantine as a Bubble Resort:

Guests travelling commercially:

   •  Guests must arrive with a negative RT-PCR results for SARS-CoV-2 taken within 72
      hours of arrival and present a completed Pre-Arrival Form.
   • Guests will undergo a rapid antigen test upon arrival to the Resort.
   • Guests must complete health declaration forms on arrival to the Resort.
   • Temperature checks will be taken.
   • Guests are required to remain in their accommodation until the first negative antigen
      test results are received or as indicated by the Health Officer. Test results are usually
      received within an hour, but could be longer depending on the number of arrivals. For
      guests arriving in the evening, test results should be received by the following
      morning.
   • A RT-PCR test will be required between day 2 and day 3, which will be performed at
      the resort.
   • After receipt of a negative antigen result and before receiving the results of the RT-
      PCR test, guests will be able to:
           o Enjoy Breakfast at La Piazza and lunch/dinner in designated restaurant areas.
           o Have access to our beaches, tennis-courts, and golf course (limited areas).
               Guests’ assigned Butler will assist in coordinating activities.
           o Housekeeping service will be provided once daily whilst guests vacate their
               accommodation.
   • Guests will need to refrain from certain leisure activities such as visiting the spa,
   working out in our fitness center, going on off-property excursions, participating in non-
   motorized watersports and visiting undesignated dining facilities until RT-PCR test
   results are received or as indicated by the Port Health Officer.
   • All guests in quarantine will be given a wristband to be worn upon arrival.
   • Upon receipt of negative RT-PCR test results, guests will be allowed to fully enjoy the
      resort’s facilities.

Guests arriving via private jet:

      test results are received or as indicated by the Health Officer. Test results are usually
      received within an hour, but could be longer depending on the number of arrivals. For

   • After receipt of negative antigen results and before receiving the results of the RT-
      PCR test, guests will be able to:

Further information about the facilities available to guests during quarantine can be found

Q: If guests are travelling with others of the same party but have travelled from different
locations, are they able to quarantine together?
A: Guests can only quarantine together if they have travelled from the same location on the
same day otherwise, they will need to start the process again from the beginning.

Q: Does this protocol also relate to dining in restaurants and enjoying the beach, tennis
or golf?
A: Yes, guests from different households or parties will not be able to dine or gather until
they have all received their negative RT-PCR test result.

Q: How will the RT-PCR test be administered?
A: RT-PCR tests will be administered in guests’ rooms at a cost of USD 100.00 USD per
person.

Q: What happens after having received the negative RT-PCR test result?
A: Upon receiving the negative RT-PCR test result, guests will be able to use ALL of the
resort’s facilities and enjoy leisure attractions, including being able to leave the resort to
explore the island at the discretion of the Doctor.

  New Virgin Atlantic Flights to St Vincent commencing
                        June 2021

We are very happy to announce that Virgin Atlantic will be
launching their first flight from Europe to St Vincent, departing
from London Heathrow on June 2021.

The twice-weekly flights, open for sale on November 25, 2020 and
will operate on the airline’s A330-300 aircraft boasting 31 Upper
Class, 48 Premium and 185 Economy Delight, Classic and Light
seats.

Canouan Island is a quick five-minute flight from St Vincent.
