Treasure Island has one of the most experienced Wedding
Coordinators in Fiji. Lavenia Nakala has been with Treasure since
2002 and has a wealth of experience in coordinating over 200
special days for brides from all over the world. Lavenia’s talent
for creating that unique special day was formally recognized with
nomination for Best Wedding coordinator at the 2012 Weddings
Expo and she has plans for introducing some unique, modern and
exciting new wedding options.

NEED TO KNOW
Registration: All documentation required must be submitted to the resort at least two weeks prior to date of wedding. The resort
wedding consultant will arrange the license prior to the arrival of the wedding couple.
Documentation: The bride and groom must provide the following Items to allow for a smooth process of registering their intent
to marry; original birth certificate; decree Absolute (divorce papers) if relevant; passports; death certificate of deceased former
spouse; officially witnessed consent of parents (if under 21 years) Citizens from all countries are required to produce a Single/
Marital Status letter. The registrar General’s office of the couple’s home country provides the confirmatory letter and this is to
confirm their current marital status. The above is to be presented at the registry office in Nadi, Lautoka or Suva to apply for the
license. Registration formalities take about 15 minutes. The license is valid or 21 days.
HONEYMOON BONUS 2 x Sulu’s, 1 bottle of sparkling wine, tropical fruit basket. Minimum 3 night stay.
Conditions: Wedding package prices are valid for travel until 31st March 2019.
*All Fijian dollar rates are inclusive of 9% VAT, 6% STT & 10% Environment & Climate adaption levy (ECAL);
**All guests must stay on Treasure Island; A 20% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation of your wedding arrangements; other special booking and
payment conditions apply; international flights, vehicle and boat transfers are not included. Menu’s may vary due to seasonal produce changes. Beverages include
house wines, local beers and soft drinks (reception for the Matavuvale package). Extra person rate for the reception dinner is FJD$211 per person. Beach wedding set up
FJD$365. Other menu and beverage package options are available on request.
