Giulia, a pastry chef by passion, will guide you in the creation of an innovative and “safe” tiramisu.
By attending this lesson you will learn the yolks pasteurization technique, very useful in the kitchen
for the preparation of creams, with which an exquisite mousse will be made. Giulia will also make
the dough for artisanal ladyfingers. Afterwards, each participant will form their own ladyfingers and
proceed with the assembly of their own tiramisu on which a sprinkling of cocoa will not be missing.

The itinerary is a loop, very scenic, with numerous stops to appreciate the beauty of the eastern side of Lake Garda,
where the gaze is captured by the peaks of Mount Baldo and the breadth of the lower lake.
Route: The route will cross small and charming villages, woods, meadows and olive groves. It starts with a visit to the
historic centre of Pieve (413m) with its astonishing alleys, the Terrace overlooking the Garda, the Parish Church with the
Romanesque bell tower and the old wash houses. The hamlet is part of the club „I borghi più belli d’Italia“ (The most
beautiful villages in Italy). Continuing along the panoramic road, we’ll first cross the small hamlet of Arias then, reaching,

Fascinating historical-geological itinerary through the ancient path carved into the cliff on the lake, the road crosses the
Forra road and the glacial valley above.
Route: A place, a character, a story: the Tremosine plateau with its historic isolation, the tremosine geologist Arturo
Cozzaglio and the history of the construction of the Forra (Gorge) road. Our journey, starts from the hamlet of Pieve and
first takes us on the old and steep path of the Porto (Harbour) which in the past used to be the only connection to the
lake, with its rocky walls and its rocky vegetation with Mediterranean features. Then we move on to the road imagined
by Cozzaglio on the cliff, studying its lines before diving into the fascinating gorge of the Brasa stream that allows us to
go up and reach the meadows of locality Ponti di Brasa and, more easily, return to Pieve for a last lap among its alleys

Regional Forest, in a particularly wild and evocative environment. Following old paths made by woodcutters, charcoal burners

Route: From San Michele you go through the Val Negrini and after a steep climb you reach the “Malga” Negrini, which rises
in a large clearing surrounded by imposing rocky walls. Continue for about 5 km, with 650m of difference in height, through a
beautiful path in the wood of hornbeams, beeches, ash trees and maples, to reach the caves used as shelter by many ungulates.
Along and crossing the stream several times, you climb steeply until you leave the water course behind and enter a more open
landscape at the edge of the wood, until you reach “Malga” Lorina at an altitude of 1384m in a splendid panoramic position.
Here we will have lunch. After the break we return with a very suggestive path, where we will admire the present flora, which
allows us to return to “Malga” Negrini and to the starting point. “Malga” is a typical shepherd’s cottage.

break awaits us during which we will enjoy lunch. The descent path leads to the discovery of a wild and little known area, to

reaching “Malga” Spiazzi and then “Malga” Ca dall’Era, for a pleasant stop and lunch in the company of the views of the
mountains and the animals of the “Malga”.

Departure: 8.30 am - Vesio, Locality Pertica, public parking - guided transfer to Passo Nota partially on an tarmac road and
partially on a short untarmacked road.
Duration: Daily / Difficulty level: difficult, altitude difference is about 500m
Minimum Participants: 5 people
Recommended equipment: Trekking shoes with Vibram-type sculpted sole, rain jacket, hat, sunglasses, backpack. It’s advisable
to bring an adequate supply of water and a camera.
An excursion of great historical and panoramic value, which takes place along the border between Lombardy and Trentino, once
the border of the Austro-Hungarian Empire as evidenced by the ruins of the military fortifications encountered along the way.
Route: From the Alpini lodge you reach the Bestana Pass and, subsequently, Bocchetta Fortini, following a path that climbs
gently through the woods. By making large hairpin bends you reach a gully that you go up thanks to a spectacular staircase
(about 250 steps) built into the rock during the war by the Alpine troops, at times exposed but made safe by the presence of
metal cords. Once out of the gully, continue among the ruins of barracks and posts up to the summit where the view opens onto
the Baldo group, Lake Garda, Lake Ledro, while in the background stand out: Carè Alto, Presanella and the Brenta group.
Near the top are the remains of an anti-aircraft artillery position. Going down an easy path you reach Baita Segala and
rejoin the outward journey with a short detour to visit the military cemetery. Back at the Alpini refuge, we will be able to have
the meal prepared especially for us.
