For many, many years, we have very much enjoyed
accompanying people from all over the world on one of the most beautiful
days of their life.
We have consulted, planned together, laughed a lot, dispelled fears and, on the
big day, sometimes also cried together out of emotion.
To us, each wedding is unique and individual – each one is something special, as
we know that this day is to be unique for you and your guests.
With us, you do not need a wedding planner. Our experienced team, in collaboration with
professional service providers, allows you to look forward to your big day completely relaxed
and with full trust.

The Alte Kanzlei, the only preserved building of the original royal castle, is used by us as a
ballroom today.
Even in imperial times, glittering parties were held here.
Old plaster layers from the 13th century, bricks, stones and old wood harmonise with
ceremonially decked tables and offer an original but exquisite setting for your wedding
for 50 – 90 people.
At your wedding in the Alte Kanzlei, our event garden – right beside the Alte Kanzlei – is
available to you and your guests for the reception, for your coffee drinking and for spending
time during the evening.

• The room rent of the Alte Kanzlei amounts to € 500.00 incl. the available tables, chairs,
projector.
• In the event of a fixed booking of the Kanzlei, we charge € 1000.00 to reserve the room.
You will receive a chattel paper regarding this.
The amount will be credited to your total invoice. Should the party be cancelled
and the room could not be sold on, this amount will bededucted.
• A cancellation of the Alte Kanzlei after the preparation of the offer and/or the booking
agreement is possible in written form only and requires written confirmation by us.
• A minimum of 50 adults are charged.
• If your celebration continues beyond 2.30 am, we reserve the right to charge a service
lump sum of € 100.00 per half-hour begun.
• The Alte Kanzlei is available for your wedding until 3.00 am.
• In the event of heavy soiling due to confetti, scattered flowers, etc., we charge an
additional cleaning lump sum of € 200.00.
• 3 personal consultations are included in our package offer.
For each further personal consultation on site, we charge € 30.00 per hour.
Our banquet department is happy to answer any questions you may have
by telephone from Monday to Friday, between 8.00 am and 4.00 pm.
