Butter Cereal Prawns

                                     INGREDIENTS               METHOD OF PREPARATION

                                     500g prawns               In a frying pan, heat up vegetable oil over
                                     (washed and patted dry)   medium heat until hot.
                                     1/4 cup vegetable oil     Fry prawns over moderately high heat until just
                                                               cooked for about 2 minutes, drain and set aside.
                                     1/2 cup rolled oats
                                                               In a mixing bowl, mix together rolled oats

                                                               In another pan, heat butter until melted.
                                     5 cloves garlic           Add curry leaves, garlic, and chili.

Sago with
Purple Sweet Potato
