The Taking Teaching Further (TTF) programme is a Department for Education (DfE) funded recruitment initiative to attract experienced industry professionals to teach in the Further Education (FE) and Training sector. The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) has been asked by the DfE to carry on managing the programme which has already run for three rounds between 2018 and 2021. Having taken information about what works from the successful three Rounds, Round 4 has been developed to support providers to bring industry experts into teaching roles across any of the 15 technical teaching routes.
