2020 TRAINING PROGRAM | SALES TRAINING ON-DEMAND KÄRCHER ACADEMY TRAINING The Kärcher Academy is launching a new learning experience for dealers: on-demand training available on computer, tablet, or phone. With content created by our Academy Training Team you will be able to learn anytime it is convenient for you. This on-demand training will be available by contacting your account manager and providing specific information so that we can create an account for you. Once you are in the system you will be able to take courses on a wide range of subjects, from sales skills to product knowledge to service skills, depending on what your individual learning needs are. Individual courses can be combined to fulfill designated learning paths which lead to certifications. Another aspect of the on-demand training platform is an informal learning area where you can share ideas and thoughts through video or text. This will allow you to connect with experts for questions and answers and look for ideas on how to make that next sale or complete a repair. Talk with your account manager today about how you can get started. 4
Virtual Classroom Training Virtual Classes are live, interactive classes lead by a Kärcher Academy Trainer for a geographically dispersed audience. These are not to be confused with webinars that simply require you to listen and view since virtual classes focus on interaction between you, the Academy Trainer, and other students. In our virtual classroom you can expect the following types of activities: Chat boxes used to gather thoughts and ideas from the class. Polling to gather opinions. Drawing and typing to create lists. Small group breakouts where you will work with a subset of the class in a different room and then join to the rest of the class to view all the work the groups created. Since the goal of these classes is interaction, not just presenting material, they are not recorded so you will need to join them live from your computer, tablet, or phone. Catalogs showing the available classes can be found in Infonet. Simply browse to the class you want to attend, register for it, and look for an e-mail with all of the class information and a calendar invite!
