Registration & Housing: After you submit your commitment form, you’ll receive instructions, a registration link, and information to secure housing though our GME vendor housing block. Housing information will not be disclosed without a signed commitment form. Dress: As always, all attendees are able to wear jeans and business appropriate shirts to all functions. Presenters are invited to wear business appropriate jeans and collared shirts as well. Why Partner? About the GME Conference Our annual GameStop Conference hosts roughly 4,500 GameStop employees, which include Store Leaders, Field Leaders, ThinkGeek associates as well as SSC and international executives. This event gives our Store Leaders a sneak peek at the Q4 line-up months before it’s even released. In turn, this educates them and gets them excited to sell your product to our customers. Engagement Partnerships Pre-Show Postcard Teasers We will send the produced flyers or postcards to all stores prior to the Conference. Dimensions: no larger than 8 ½ x 11 Vendor to design, produce, and ship 4,000 postcards to Samantha Vogel before August 1st. 2018 Hotel Arrival Fliers When you have 9 hotels, you gotta make sure attendees know what’s going on! This year, we’re creating Hotel Arrival Fliers that highlight what’s happening at the Convention Center and throughout the week so our attendees know where to go to check in, check out what’s happening and stay up to date throughout the week! As the sponsor, you’ll get your own page in this flier! 1 sponsored page, 11” H x 5.6” W Vendor to provide art work by July 5th. Field Leader Reception: Saturday, August 25th! Wine and dine the field leadership & executive team at Punch Bowl to kick-off the week right! Entertainment/speaking opportunity of about 10-15 minutes. Approximately 500 attendees.
