Christine Bonczyk, a resident of Hicksville, is being

She has served as a Member-at-Large of the Board
of Directors, and as an Alternate National Council
Delegate to the National Convention in Columbus
Ohio in 2017. Ms. Bonczyk is retired from the
County Comptroller’s office as the Health Benefits
Administrator for Nassau County employees.
Ms. Bonczyk is spending her time giving back to her
community. She started her career in Girl Scouting as
a Girl Scout Junior and has served on the Girl Scouts
Adult Recognition Committee, Walkathon Committee,
Critical Issues Committee, Community Relations
Committee and Human Resources Committee. She is
also a member of the Nassau Financial Credit Union
Supervisory Committee and Nominating Committee

Tonia has over 20 years of experience in the financial
services industry. She previously held in-house counsel
positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Prudential
Securities Incorporated. Ms. Bottoms began her legal
career as an assistant district attorney for the Kings
County District Attorney’s Office.
Tonia is a member of the Securities Industry and Financial
Markets Association (SIFMA) and currently serves
as co-chair of its Retirement and Education Savings
Committee. Tonia is a member of the National Bar
Association and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated.
She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a
Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Maryland.
Tonia resides in West Hempstead with her husband,
Marlon and daughter, Makayla.
