Board-ready Women Program 2022 - Engage, Empower, Elevate - Deloitte
Introduction
Board diversity has long been a topic of concern, yet progress has been much slower than desired. Deloitte recognises that this is a tall order and aims
to accelerate progress by rallying our ecosystem of supporting organisations who share a similar vision and ultimately, changing mindsets one at a time.

Engage
Launched in Singapore in 2016, the Board-ready Women Program is an initiative driven by the Deloitte Singapore Centre for Corporate Governance
to prepare senior women executive leaders for board service. Its fourth cohort is launching in January 2022 and we would like to invite you to be part of
this by-invitation program, exclusive to a group of 20 women leaders.

Empower
Comprising four half-day in-person sessions, participants can learn in a peer-to-peer support environment, exchange knowledge, network and engage
with like-minded women leaders.

Elevate
Participants will hear from business leaders on board readiness topics, including the road to the boardroom, and current issues on the board’s
agenda, including:

Environmental, Risk Legal and Digital Personal Trust and
