We gather this morning not for ourselves, but for God,
to give him the glory for all the good things he has done for us.
May his name be honored and praised through us today.
                             Welcome to worship!

This morning Pastor Michael will begin a series called, “From Tabernacle,
To Temple, To Jesus” which will explore how the tabernacle and its
furnishings of the ancient Israelites point us to Jesus. We will begin with
Exodus 25:10-22 and a look a the Ark of the Covenant. Next week, we will
discuss Exodus 25:23-40—The Table and the Lampstand.

Following the service this morning, during the Sunday School hour, there
will be a sermon discussion in the sanctuary. Everyone is welcome to attend.

The second offerings for the month of March will be received as follows:
March 12– Werner Missionary Ministry in Japan
March 19– Milaca Area Food Pantry
                          March 26– 125 Campaign

Lent At-Home Faith Formation Tip– Many Christians practice giving
something up for Lent in order to make space for God. If you have kids in
your household, think together about how you might make more space for
God this week. For example, you might take a technology break each day
and spend time reading about Jesus’ life and ministry in The Jesus
Storybook Bible or Growing in God’s Love: A Story Bible and talking about
the stories together. (Tip from Faith Formation; bit.ly/CRCFaithFormation)

HAVE YOU HEARD?? Our congregation has a once-in-five-year opportunity
to participate in the 2023 CRC denominational survey. This survey helps
denominational leadership understand the concerns and needs of local
congregations like ours. It is crucial that as many people from our
congregation as possible participate. Please visit crcna.org/survey/6361
to answer the questions by March 31.
