Santa’s Family Events
Santa’s family events subject to availability. Pre-booking essential. Full payment taken on booking,
with pre-order required 7 days before the event. Maximum 2 hours per sitting per event.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations we will allow you to transfer your payment to another santa event date, subject to availability.Should you need to cancel your booking,
we will hold your payment and can be substituted in another department
Christmas Party Nights
• Provisional bookings must be confirmed within 21 days of booking by way of payment of a £10.00 Per person deposit. | Only one cheque per booking will be accepted.
The full balance is required by monday 1st november 2021 | the party organiser will be responsible for full collection of payment prior to the event.
• All extras are to be settled on departure unless agreed beforehand and confirmed by the hotel in writing. | Should any of your party be unable to attend deposits paid are not
transferable or refundable. | Groups of ten or more persons must pre order and provide their menu choices at least 21 days prior. | Exclusive use parties have separate terms and
conditions. | If the final payment is not received by the due date the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking | please tell us of special dietary requirements prior to your arrival
and we will certainly do our best to cater for these. | Party guests are not permitted to bring their own beverages into the hotel. | Account bar facilities are not permitted unless

Payment
Payment can be made by any of the following credit/debit cards Master Card, Visa, American Express, Diners or Switch. Personal cheques can only be accepted but please allow
three working days for bank clearing and company cheques can only be accepted by prior arrangement. We strongly advise that you take out insurance in the event of unavoidable
cancellation as Diplomat Hotel retain the right to charge for cancellations made unless we are able to re let the accommodation booked.
