Thursday 25 November, field trip (estimate 100-140 attendees)
   Field trip to local natural resource management areas around Wellington
   Land, biodiversity and catchment management topics

Major Partner

NZARM has only one opportunity to become the Major
Sponsor every year. The Major sponsor is entitled to:

   Recognition as the ‘Major Conference Partner’ by having
   your organisation’s logo and name in a prominent position
   in all external communications about the conference and at
   the conference venue.
   Complimentary trade display site in a prominent location in
   the exhibition area.
   A 10-minute speaking opportunity on a relevant topic
   during the conference presentations or a 3 minute
   sponsor’s     address   to    the   conference   delegates    to
   introduce your business, services or products to the
   delegates.
   Inclusion of an advertisement on the conference website
   with a links to your organisation.
   One A4 advertisement included within the Conference
   Handbook.
   Logo on the cover of proceedings in a prominent position
   One full page advertisement in a 2022 issue of the
   “Resource Management New Zealand” magazine.
   Have your signage displayed throughout the Conference
   Acknowledgments via PowerPoint display and verbally

Platinum Partner

The platinum partnership options are where our long term partners often choose to support
NZARM. The platinum sponsor is entitled to:

   Be identified as a platinum partner on the NZARM website conference page, all external
   communications about the conference and at the conference venues.
   Complimentary trade display site in the exhibition area.
   Have a banner displayed in the main conference room
   Have your signage displayed throughout the Conference
   Have your logo on the cover of proceedings.
   Have a half page conference proceedings insert (copy to be supplied by sponsor)
   Two complimentary conference registrations, which include tickets to all social functions
   including the icebreaker and awards dinner.
   Acknowledgement at the opening of the conference.
   Media exposure in association with conference promotion activities.

   Acknowledgement in post conference reporting.

The gold partners are entitled to:

   Recognition as a gold partner by inclusion of your organisation’s logo and
   name on Conference printed materials.
   Complimentary trade display in the exhibition area.
   A quarter page colour advertisement or logo included within the Conference
   Handbook.
   Have your signage displayed throughout the Conference.
   Acknowledgments via PowerPoint display and verbally during the programme
   as a gold sponsor.
   One complimentary conference registration, which includes tickets to all social
   functions including the icebreaker and awards dinner.
   Acknowledgement in post conference reporting.
   Media exposure in association with conference promotion activities.

NZARM has only one opportunity to become the Conference Dinner Sponsor

The conference dinner is the pinnacle of the NZARM conference networking. This year it will be
held in the beautiful banquet hall in the parliament buildings.

Occurring on day two it marks the end of the formal conference and the start of the field trips.

The conference dinner is also the occasion where NZARM presents awards for outstanding
achievement.

   Provide small conference pack fillers for delegates at organisations cost.

Terms and Conditions

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
   All sponsorship packages are available on a first in, first served basis. Please apply in writing.
   Selections are to be paid in full prior to 01 November and within 21 days of agreement.
   Sponsors are responsible for producing their promotional material for distribution and/or
   display at the conference.
   Please provide digital images and logos in high resolution digital format.
   Exhibitors wishing to run competitions must do so from their own site.
   All exhibitors must comply with venue rules and OSH regulations.
   If the conference is cancelled by the organisers prior to 01 November 2021 all sponsors will
   be refunded in full.
   Sponsor cancellations prior to 20 October 2021 will be refunded in full less a 25%
   administration fee.
   Sponsor cancellations after 20 October 2021, will not be refunded unless a replacement
   sponsor comes forward, in which case a refund will be made less a 25% administration fee.
