The European network on cultural management and policy ENCATC Cultural Happy Hours Report 2013-2019 1
The ENCATC Cultural Happy Hours are an initiative of 49 From 2013 until February 2019, 49 ENCATC, the leading European ENCATC Cultural Happy Hours have been organised network on cultural management and policy.
