options available to FLASHA when deciding upon the 2019
convention. After an extensive discussion, it was decided that we
do something that is available to only a few associations. FLASHA
has something most other associations only dream of offering —
turquoise seas. Why not take advantage of this opportunity in a
way that few other associations can? Why not have the convention
on a cruise? We invite you to compare the opportunities available

Payment Policy
Regular Registration: The cost of requested exhibit space is due upon registration. If
you have any concerns with payment, please contact FLASHA at
vp.convention@flasha.org
Cancellation Policy
Exhibitors who cancel their reserved booth space prior to January 1, 2019, will receive
a partial refund of their exhibit fees, less a processing fee as follows: For Profit: $275,
Non-Profit: $150, ISD: $100). Exhibitors who cancel after January 1, 2019, will
receive no refund. Booth fees are nontransferable and cannot be put toward future
FLASHA Conventions. No exceptions will be made as this is a binding agreement.

All payments should be directed to Gretta Roque, FLASHA’s cruise representative from
Landry and Kling at flashaceuatsea@landryandkling.com. Please note all bookings
must use the approved agent.
