                                                      MENU SELECTIONS
Hillcrest Golf and Country Club is proud to offer an exciting variety of meal choices and packages for luncheons,
corporate dinners, meetings, special life events, weddings, receptions, and many more. The menus and choices offered
in this packet are a compilation of our most requested and most up to date with the current culinary trends. A custom
menu can be developed by our Executive Chef at your request. Final menu selections must be received by our House
Supervisor no later than 14 days in advance of your event. Food minimums are determined on an individual contract
basis and are solely at the discretion of Hillcrest Golf and Country Club management. All prices and menu selections are
subject to change without notice. Prices may be confirmed 30 days prior to an event, where applicable. Due to Health
Board Regulations and State of Indiana Liquor Laws, Hillcrest Golf and Country Club must provide all food and
beverages, no outside food or beverage items, of any kind, are allowed.

                                                           BEVERAGES
The Indiana Alcohol Beverage Commission strictly regulates the sale and service of all alcohol. As a licensee, Hillcrest
Golf and Country Club is responsible for the administration of these regulations. Hillcrest Golf and Country Club
reserves the right to limit, control, or refuse, the serving of alcoholic beverages to guests during an event. Hillcrest Golf
and Country Club has a strict state identification policy. Proper identification is required to consume alcoholic
beverages. All beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic must be supplied and purchased through Hillcrest Golf and
Country Club.

                                             ROOM RENTAL AND SERVICE FEES
We at Hillcrest Golf and Country Club will work to accommodate your room rental requests where applicable. The Club
reserves the right to move or change the room accommodations without notice. Room rental will be assigned according
to requested room and length of use. Minimum and maximum occupancy does apply, where applicable. Room rental
occupancy minimum is available in this packet. Wedding reception time-blocks are purchased on a five-hour period
basis. After the five-hour period, additional time will be charged at $500/hour. Additional time must be scheduled in
advance of the event and is subject to refusal or additional fees. Unless otherwise approved by House Supervisor, all
scheduled events will end at midnight. Hillcrest Golf and Country Club reserves the right to charge additional service
fees or labor chargers for custom menus, additional service, late arrival, late room set-up requirements, as well as a
housekeeping fee associated with obvious abuse to the facility and all property. If any damages to the premises, charges
will be solely assessed to the member or host making the arrangements. Hillcrest Golf and Country Club reserves the
right to inspect and control all functions held on property.

                                               SERVICE FEES AND SALES TAX
Twenty percent (20%) will be added to the total bill for all food and beverage service. Batesville has a 7% sales tax which
is added to all food and beverage sales, as well as service charges. The Indiana Department of Revenue states the
position that only fundraising events are tax exempt, in regards to food and beverage sales.
GUARANTEE
To ensure exceptional service at your event, a guaranteed number of guests must be communicated to our House
Supervisor by noon three (3) business days prior to your event. You may not decrease your guaranteed number once it
has been communicated, no exceptions. All charges will be based on your guaranteed number. If no guarantee is given
three (3) days prior to your event, you will be charged for estimated maximum attendance or for the actual guests in
attendance, whichever is greater.

                                     DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS, AND CANCELLATION POLICY
A non-refundable deposit is required for all events. A payment of fifty percent (50%) of the estimated balance is due 30
days in advance of the event to ensure the holding of the room. The remaining balance is due in full one week prior to
the scheduled event date. Adjustments are at the sole discretion of Hillcrest Golf and Country Club and reserve the
right to change or amend any and all policies in regards to deposit procedures. Services will not be provided without the
payment. All payments will be accepted in the following forms: cash, credit card, certified bank check, or prior receipt of
pre-approved purchase order. All deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. All deposits will be credited towards
your final bill. Our cancellation policy is as follows: 180 days away from its scheduled date, all deposits and payments
will be credited in full back to the host; on the condition that the event date is resold; 179-31 days, all deposits and
payments will be retained, and any special orders, or additional outside charges, charged to Hillcrest Golf and Country
Club will be assessed to the host and paid in full at time of cancellation, as well as 50% of total food and beverage
minimum; 30-0 days, event to be paid in full, including but not limited to, food and beverage sales, special orders,
additional outside charges, room rental, staff. In all instances, food and beverage minimum will be determined at the
sole discretion of Hillcrest Golf and Country Club and will be based on minimum contractual requirements or the flat
rate of $1,000, whichever is greater. Golf outing information in regards to deposits and payment can be found in the
Outing Agreement packet.
Wedding Ceremony and / or Reception
                        Agreement of Terms

In order for Hillcrest Golf and Country Club to ensure the stated date (see below) is reserved for stated event (see
below) and stated host (see below) a $500 non refundable deposit is required no later than 180 days before the event.
The deposit will be credited towards the final bill. If for any reason the stated event is cancelled, postponed, or
otherwise not held, the entire deposit will be forfeited. All other payments are due no later than 7 business days prior
to stated date. If for any reason the full payment is not submitted within 7 business days prior to event date, Hillcrest
Golf and Country Club reserves the right to refuse any and all service, food and beverage, and all accumulated deposits
and payments are forfeited. Furthermore, any special orders, outside charges, food and beverage charged to Hillcrest
Golf and Country Club, will be assessed to the host and paid in full at time of cancellation, as well as 50% of Food and
Beverage Minimums.

By signing below, I agree to all aforementioned terms and guidelines stated in the General Catering Packet. I (host)
understand that Hillcrest Golf and Country Club reserves the right to change any and all aspects of the event stated
below.

This is a general outline of our pricing, Hillcrest Golf and Country Club reserves the right to waive, reduce, or raise room

Your very own Chef will prepare eggs any style and omelets with all the trimmings to order for you and your guests in
the room of your event. Choices of ingredients include but aren’t limited to: Ham, Bacon, Cheese, Tomatoes, Spinach,
          Mushrooms, Onion, Peppers, Salsa, and any other season’s freshest vegetables that are available.

                                              Live Chef Waffle Station
Your very own Chef will prepare Fresh Warm Waffles with all the trimmings for you and your guests in the room of your
  event. Toppings include but aren’t limited to: Whipped Butter, Whipped Cream, Warm Syrup, Jellies, and Season’s
