• NC HOSA/National Membership Affiliation Fees
• Fee - $20.00 per member (includes advisors)
• National HOSA - $10.00, NC HOSA - $10.00 (You send one check to National
HOSA)
• Some chapters will add additional fees to the affiliation fees (to cover
chapter t-shirts or to add funds to their school account).
• Email address: need personal email, not school email (entered when you
affiliate students on the HOSA website (hosa.org)Advisor Information Form • Please complete the 2021-2022 Advisor Information Form • This provides your regional representative, executive director, and board members with your current contact information • There are also a few questions to poll advisors on their opinions about specific NC HOSA topics. • We want to hear from you!
Communication • Email signature blocks need to include advisor name and school name with the school’s entire name written out, address, and the best contact phone number. • Voicemail messages need to include your name, the full school's name, and your best contact phone number. • Text messages should start with your full name and school. • Contact Regional Representative first - NC HOSA Organizational Chart

HOSA Washington Leadership Academy • Dates: September 25 - 28, 2021 • Location: Hilton Alexandria Mark Center • Fee $TBD/attendee • Deadline TBD
Regional Leadership Conference • Date - Varies by Region • Fee - $30/attendee (no t-shirt) • Deadline to Register - October 8, 2021 • Online Testing • Week of online testing: October 25-29, 2021 • Online proctors required - Register proctors by October 8, 2021
Regional Officer Application Process • Application via Formstack • Deadline to submit to Formstack: October 6, 2021 • Candidates slated and posted: October 8, 2021 • Deadline to vote: October 15, 2021

Get contact information for your students and parents at the beginning!

• School & Personal email (school email will not always work with HOSA
system)
Membership & Conference Payment Arrangement
• Conduct membership drives at the beginning of each semester, only
enter members who have paid
• Require students to pay fees prior to the registration for the event. (This
prevents the advisors/local chapter from being stuck with a bill left unpaid
by a student.)Club Meeting Topic Ideas • Community service opportunities • Healthcare Professional guest speakers • HOSA Competitive Event team/review time • Middle school chapter partnership events • Open floor to share ideas for club meetings?
