• First match: Friday November 19 at 9:30 am
• Last game: Saturday November 20 at 7:00 p.m.
• Opening Ceremony: Thursday November 18 at 9:00 p.m.
• Trophies ceremony & Gala evening: Saturday 20 November at 9:30 p.m.
• Arrival of Participants: before Thursday 18 November evening
• Departure of Participants: Sunday November 21

POINT 1. Hosting services implemented by the Perpignan 2021 Committee
The Sports Complex for hosting the competitions:
a. Appointment of a person responsible for monitoring procedures to combat the spread of Covid-19
b. Disinfectant gel for hand hygiene, body temperature control at the entrance to the sports center,
availability of masks, continuous sanitation of common rooms, locker rooms, showers, field and
stands
c. Tribunes, benches and seats for about 50 people
d. Cloakrooms / showers for men and women available for participants*
e. Room available for participants' baggage
f. Giant screen for competitions’ photos and official results
g. Presence of first aid and physiotherapist for the duration of the Competitions
h. Free Wi-Fi availability for participants and spectators
i. Realization of the Official Film of the Event and the small daily videos (Social Media JIF)
j. Official Photographer for Photobook of the Event
k. Opening Ceremonies and Awards Ceremony, Anchor-man in English and French
l. Webcast of the Live Event
m. Free water for players during Competitions (endowment of a personal water bottle)
* except prohibition according to the security rules for the contrast to the diffusion of the Covid-19

POINT 2. Registration fee for the " JIF EuroNations Cup Perpignan 2021"
To participate National Teams and participants will have to pay:
a. The « Sports Participation » Pack
This mandatory Pack allows National Teams to participate to the Tournaments
b. The « Hosting Service » Pack
This mandatory Pack allows players to enter the Hosting Complex by receiving all
INDIVIDUAL hosting service of the Complex
c. The « JIF Memberhsip Card »
Essential personal title to take part into JIF Official Competitions
a. The « Sports Participation » Pack
I. National Team : 300 € (euros - EUR)
FOR PARTICIPATION OF MINIMUM 3 - MAXIMUM 4 PLAYERS PER TEAM
To be noted :
a) If the Country has a Men's National Team and a Women's National Team, a discount of 50 € on
the participation is granted - for a total payable of 550 € for the 2 teams
b) For the participation of a 5th player (not recommended), € 75 to be added
This amount is not-remboursable (*POINT 4 to be seen) ; the amount must be transferred to JIF
Bank Account by July 31st, 2021.
Basic insurance included with the presentation of the Medical Certificate in force for sports
practice.

c. The “JIF Membership Card”
The JIF Membership Card is an essential personal title to take part into JIF Official Competitions
a) For players of the Jorkyball Clubs affiliated to JIF (through National Sports Federations affiliated
with JIF), this Card is free and included in the Participation Fee
b) Taking into account the current pandemic situation of Covid-19, as for the year 2020 the
International Jorkyball Federation has decided not to ask for an annual contribution to the
Jorkyball Sports Federations. We are well aware of the difficulties of the moment
POINT 3. Competitions’ details
I. Participation in the Competitions is subject to the acceptance (reading and signature) of
the "JIF Code of Conduct", which determines the participation of each player as part of the
Fair-Play Jorkyball spirit.
The Jorkyball is an Amateur Sport - even at the highest levels - and the respect of the opponents, the
referees, the spectators, the organizers is the fundamental point, without which a player can not
enter the International Jorkyball Community.
Respect in and out of the playing field, with particular reference to online Social Networks.
Once the player has returned and signed the "JIF Code of Conduct", JIF will give him / her the green
light or red light for participation
II. 3 matches are granted for each National Team
III. For reasons of health and sports organization, each team must have at least 3 players.
If, exceptionally, the team will be made by only 2 players, the regulation of the Sport Participation
Pack must always be the same amount.
IV. Given the current pandemic situation of Covid-19, in order to contrast the spread of Covid-19,
participation in Competitions is subject to presenting the Digital Green Certificate, according to the
rules established by the European Union.
POINT 4. Event Confirmation / Additional Fees / Penalties / Planes
To be read attentively :
a. The "JIF EuroNations Cup Perpignan 2021" Event is only confirmed once a minimum of
National Teams have paid their participation fees by July 31, 2021www.3bble.com
b. On August 1st, 2021 JIF and the Perpignan 2021 Committee will officially confirm or stop
the Event
c. If on August 1st, 2021, the Event will be canceled for lack of participants, the National
Teams who have paid for their participation will be reimbursed in full (except bank
commission for transfer)
Once the Event is confirmed the:
d. From August 1 and until August 25, players must INDIVIDUALLY pay for the "Hospitality
Service Pack" to Perpignan 2021 Committee (see POINT 2.b)
For those interested, it will also be possible to contact the Perpignan 2021 Committee for
additional services such as accommodation, meals, travel.
e. From August 1 and until August 25, the 2nd phase to register for the Competitions will
start. In this 2nd phase, the “Sport Participation Pack” will have an additional cost of 25%
(and therefore 375 € and not 300 €)
f. Penalty for cancellation of participation:
- 100% from September 15, 2021
- 65% until September 14, 2021
Under no circumstances can the reimbursement be greater than 35%
g. Until JIF does not confirm the progress of the Event, it is not advisable to purchase airline
tickets; in no case will JIF be responsible for this.
