4. ELIGIBILITY OF BOXER AND AGE CLASSIFICATION
AGE CLASSIFICATION: ELITE - Boxers between the ages of 19 and 40 are eligible to compete (born
between January 1, 2002 and December 31, 1981)
WEIGHT CLASSIFICATION: Elite Male 8 Weight Categories:
52kg, 57kg, 63kg, 69kg, 75kg, 81kg, 91kg, +91kg.
Elite Female 5 Weight Categories:
51kg, 57kg, 60kg, 69kg, 75kg.
5. COMPOSITION OF OFFICIAL DELEGATION
- Each team can have the following number of officials in its delegation:
1 - 3 boxers: 2 coaches + 1 R&J (AIBA 1/2/3 Star)
4 - 6 boxers: 3 coaches + 1 R&J (AIBA 1/2/3 Star)
7 - 10 boxers: 4 coaches + 1 R&J (AIBA 1/2/3 Star)
- NUMBER OF ROUNDS:
Elite - Three (3) rounds of three (3) minutes, one (1) minute rest between
rounds.
7. SCORING SYSTEM
AIBA Scoring System - 10 Point Must-Scoring System will be used.
The Official Draw will be conducted by Swiss Timing through an
electronic draw.
8. Referees & Judges:
All Referees & Judges (AIBA R&J with 1-2-3 stars only) will be appointed by
their respective National Federation. It is highly recommended from NF's
bringing R&Js.
9. REQUIREMENTS
a. All Boxers must bring along with them:
• Record book with annual medicals duly completed and updated
• Current and valid Passport
b. Boxer’s Uniform:
• Each boxer must bring two sets of uniform.
• The colours of these two sets of uniform must be in accordance with
AIBA Technical and Competition Rules.
9. TRANSPORTATION:
Transportation will be provided by the Organizers to and from the airport, to
and from the hotel to the competition venue.

10. ACCOMMODATION FOR TEAM DELEGATIONS
Accommodation for all Team Delegations are as follows:
HOTEL: WOW Istanbul Hotels & Convention Center
- Single room (including 3 meals) – 50 EURO/per night/per person
- Double room (including 3 meals) – 40 EURO /per night/per person
Extra Team Officials:
- Single room (including 3 meals) – 70 EURO/per night/per person
- Double room (including 3 meals) – 60 EURO /per night/per person
11. Visa & Insurance & Medical Care
You can apply visa over https://www.evisa.gov.tr/en/ address. For further
support please contact with Turkish Boxing Federation. All participants are
requested to get their own travel and medical insurance. LOC will provide liability
insurance only at the Competition Venue for all participants. The LOC will provide
medical care and first-aid during the entire event to all participants who suffer
from a sport injury (contracted during the event).
12. Registration
The registration form is to be sent by email at
turkishboxing@hotmail.com by February 20, 2021.
13. PAYMENT
Team Delegations can pay cash in arrival or use bank transfer before Tournament

COVID-19 PROTOCOL FOR TEAM DELEGATIONS
All official members of Team Delegations, whether they are competitors or staff,
international or local are obligated to:
• Present, on arrival, an individual COVID-19 medical certificates (PCR test
made within 72 hours before arrival) with a negative result.
• Appoint a COVID-19 contact person from the official Team Delegation list,
who will be present during the Tournament and will be in charge of any
COVID-19 related issues for their Team Delegation.
• Wear a mask at all times during the Tournament, with exceptions of:
o boxers in training when it is not possible to wear it
o participants during their meals only when seated at their dining table
• Observe social distancing at all times (1,5 m), except for boxers during their
bouts and during warming up with their coach.
• Avoid entering hotel rooms of other participants under any circumstances.
• Avoid any contact with individuals who are not on the training camp as
workers, other athletes...
• Submit to contactless temperature screening by the LOC and/or local health
authorities at any time during the Tournament
• Submit to COVID-19 testing at any time during the Tournament on request of
LOC COVID-19 Managers and/or local health authorities
• Follow all instructions of LOC COVID-19 Event Managers, including following
isolation, quarantine, observation procedures and provision of detailed
contact tracing in case of need
• Timely report all COVID-19 protocol violations during the Event to EUBC/LOC
COVID-19 Managers
