     Q: How many subordinates report to you?
        And what is their male/female ratio?
     I have 92 employees working with me in Acumen in a male/female
     ration of 42:50. We have 3 offices - in Penang, Selangor and Johor.
     Two out of three offices are led by female managers.

     Q: How do you encourage the development of your employees?
     One way of encouraging personal development is through
     empowerment. With clear goals set and communicated, I believe
     one can unleash their inner potential and excel. Being a supervisor,
     I play a supporting role by tapping into their talent.

     In order to promote learning, cross-region training is also
     encouraged for team members to accumulate knowledge and skills.

     Q: How do you motivate yourself and stay motivated?
     For anything that I am working on, I look for progress – big or small.
     Rome is never built in a day and the first step in any success is to
     get started. So, I am easily motivated when a plan is rolling out and
     things start improving.

     Q: How do you balance being a mother and a professional?
        What have you sacrificed (both personally and professionally)
        at each stage of your career?
     I always set my day’s priorities to do things that bring impact. After
     work, I will unplug and devote time to myself and my family. I make sure
     I get enough sleep to recharge myself for the next challenging day.

      What is World Masters Game 2021 Kansai?
      The World Masters Games is an international multi-sport athletic
      competition held every four years by the International Masters
      Games Association (IMGA) for athletes over the age of 30 and into
      their middle age and senior years. The games are held in the year
      following the Olympics. The first WMG was held in 1985 in Toronto.
      The latest Games (the 9th hosting) took place in Auckland in 2017.
