Departure Inspections
Inspections will take place the week
before the end of your Licence to Reside.
Residents will be emailed further details
on when these will happen near the end of
the Licence to Reside. Any damage may be
chargeable to you.

Signing out of and Securing your room
Residents are required to sign out in person
during opening hours in the Reception or
online on the App. If you are due to leave
when the office is closed sign-out online.
Please return your key to the office when
you sign out. If you leave when the office is
closed, lock your bedroom door and slide
the key under the door.

It is very important that you ensure your
door is locked on departure. If you leave
your door open you will be liable for any
cleaning or damage to the room that may
occur as a result. Do not leave your key with
someone else on your departure.
