More Administration Information

Volunteers Needed: As with any scouting event, the more hands, the easier the
load. Units are requested to designate two adult unit members as program
volunteers to assist the event staff for a portion of the weekend. If possible, units
should provide contact information for their volunteers in advance. All volunteers
should check in at the ConnJam Commissioner tent located near the food service
area.

COVID-19: At this time, the Council policy is that use of masks is optional.
Camping guidelines will be released on April 15 when more is known about the
state of COVID-19 and any restrictions the town or state might have. This is all
subject to change.

Commissioner Service: CONNJAM Commissioner David Zeh is organizing an
active Commissioner Staff. Commissioners will oversee the camping areas and be
on hand to assist units throughout the weekend. A Commissioner Challenge for unit
leaders is in the works.
