HOW TO MAKE A MAINTENANCE REQUEST
Maintenance Emergencies
We consider the following maintenance
emergencies; fire alarms, backed up
drains/pipes, gas odors, water leaks,
broken locks or doors, lock outs, and no
water/heat. There is a $50.00 lock out
charge if occurrence is after 5pm.

If you have an emergency, please contact
maintenance ASAP! If it is after hours,
call (740) 594-1053 and our answering
service will have an on–call maintenance
technician call you back.

RENT INFO
PAY YOUR RENT-DUE 1ST OF EVERY MONTH

Rent can be paid with a personal or cashier’s check, money order, on the app, or paid
through your on-line portal. Please make checks out to River Gate Apartments. You can
access your on-line portal by going to our website:
www.livesouthgreen.com.

Late Fees:
If rent is not paid on time, you will receive a $50.00 late fee on the 4th of every month,
and another $50.00 late fee on the 10th of every month.

Non-sufficient Funds Fee (NSF):
$25.00 Credit

Card Payments:
If you pay rent with a credit card, you will be charged a convenience fee of 2.5% of your
payment amount.

         We allow 2 guests per resident and guests will need to be accompanied by a resident at all times!

                                 ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS IN POOL AREA!
            ANY GLASS BROKEN IN POOL AREA WILL RESULT IN POOL CLOSING FOR AT LEAST 2 WEEKS

                        • Owner is not responsible for anything lost or stolen on property.
               • Resident will be responsible for all accidents/injuries caused by resident or guest.
        •   Resident is responsible for payment of clean-up, repair, or damage caused by resident or guest.
              • Skateboards, bicycles, tricycles, roller skates, etc. are not allowed in the pool area.
                                        • Pool Rules are posted at the pool.

                        Any violation of these rules will result in the loss of use of the pool!

    the office ASAP to be locked in at the price you are paying now, and to keep the room
     that you already have. We are filling up quickly for the 2020 – 2021 school year, so if
    you renew soon, you will be guaranteed to keep the room you already have and love.
