OUR CHEF
Anthony LABERGRIS, talented chef, native of Berry, propose you a menu in
line with the Dryades : fresh products. It will ensure frank flavors, respect for
the seasons, all thanks to fresh quality products.
Our chef, passionate about his profession, strives to make you discover
simple but subtle flavors accompanied by wines chosen by Karine, Room
Manager, in collaboration with our local suppliers.
Our chef has also worked on different menu solutions for your family meals,
banquets & business meals.
