Congress Presidents invite the Speaker to stick to the congress schedule, please be in-
formed that the microphone will be turned off when the time is up.
Please ask to the Technician to delete the slide presentation from the control room’s
computer after the speech.

SLIDE PREVIEW INFORMATION
Please note that to avoid incurring problems of non-visualization on the conference
systems the digital videos contained in the presentations must be made using stan-
dard and wide-spread CODEC. The existing compression algorithms are in fact too
many because they can all be made available on our computers. Do not use movies
with the MOV extension. Under no circumstances should codecs be used that use
proprietary and exclusive technologies of video capture systems on their computers,
as these algorithms can not be used on different hardware.

Please get in touch with the Congress Secreteriat
(tecnici@balestracongressi.com) if videos differ from standard codec and file
formats differ from those indicated; if there are heavy files.
Remember to strictly respect the time allotted for each intervention. At the end of the
time the audio will be interrupted by the room technicians
The use of your PC / MAC is allowed upon advance notice to the technicians of the
