Camp Refund Policy: Due to staff reassignments based on enrollment, NO REFUNDS will be authorized after 4:00PM on June 3, 2016. We regret that we are unable to give a refund even for illness or emergency. Enrollment is limited and we are unable to accept all those who would like to register. Cancelling or transferring to another camp will incur a $7 fee per week through 4:00PM on June 3, 2016. You must cancel by 4:00PM on June 3, 2016, to receive a refund minus cancellation fees. Parents: Please Note the Following: Each camp session has a maximum and minimum enrollment. Please register early. Camps may be canceled if there is low enrollment. Registration must be complete prior to first day of camp. If you register a child on the first day, you must first come to the Athletics, Recreation & Community Services Department and take the receipt to camp with the child. We reserve the right to establish groups and select counselors. If you would like your child grouped with another child, requests must be made in writing by Friday, May 27, 2016. Requests must be limited to one child. A sack lunch, snacks and drinks should be brought daily unless otherwise directed by the camp director. Ice water will be provided. Campers will use the Walnut Lake beach waterfront at West Hills Middle School. Certified lifeguards are on duty at all times. Parents who are more than 15 minutes late should pick up their child in Kid’s Care and will be assessed a $1 per minute late fee payable to the staff member who stays to supervise your child.
