showing initiative etc. during Lockdown.
Majority ranked cash rewards as the number 1 reward they would like to receive for going above and beyond. followed by Travel

n = 187Conclusion
Frustration and ones mental health being negatively impacted may be due to employees still getting use to the “new normal” and a
new way of working. These feelings may have been further exacerbated by movement restrictions and not having the freedoms one
would normally have outside of Lockdown.
Majority of respondents however feel more productive working from home and have not had their mental health impacted by the
change.
Most respondents feel like specific individual accomplishments eg. sales target, going above and beyond, showing initiative, would be
the fairest way to measure performance whilst working from home. Monetary rewards are the preferred reward of choice amongst
respondents during lockdown.
Travel was the second most preferred reward, however it is not the most desired at this point in time given the current global status.
Nevertheless, the opportunity to incentivize post lockdown via an incentive travel trip will be great as the urge to travel and be
among peers will be stronger than ever before.
Respondents who received constructive feedback during this time felt positively reinforced. Therefore, supporting this reinforcement
with an incentive reward would not only drive performance but also build brand loyalty within the workforce.
In conclusion, It would seem that the best way to incentivize during this time would be to reward employees based on specific and
measurable individual accomplishments via a cash/monetary reward. This could be easily executed with an Online/ Kudosh Card
Reward programme.
