We should mention platinum and additional resources. Molopo Farms PGM/Ni-Cu Project (1,867km2) • Strategic licenses over ~60km of the West margin of the Bushveld-related Molopo Farms Complex (“MFC”) • MFC under-explored due to Kalahari cover, but PGM’s + Au + Cr discovered at several locales near our ground Northern Gold Project (1,187km2) • Strategic licenses covering portions of Botswana’s exposed greenstone belt terrain on the Southern Zimbabwe craton • Francistown area a known Au-Cu-Ni producing region including the major Monarch (Au), Mupane (Au), Mowana (Cu-Ag), Tati (Ni-Cu) and Selebi-Phikwe (Ni-Cu) mines 6
Kraaipan Gold Project Control over Botswana Part of Prolific Belt Greenstone belt in Botswana has seen very limited past work due to Kalahari sand cover – One Bullion will use state-of-the-art technology to make exploration discoveries Two Major Deposit Types Already Found in South Africa: 1) Gold in Banded Iron Formation (“BIF”) on Eastern Limb • Harmony’s Kalgold Mine (~50,000oz/yr – 2Moz reserve & resources) along strike in RSA, and actively exploring towards Botswana border • Significant past near-surface exploration success in Botswana by Reunion Mining in 1997 (best intercepts 13m@1.71g/t, 5m@2.29g/t) and Laconia (ASX) in 2017 (best intercepts 6m@2.3g/t, 2m@1.72g/t) 2) PGM + Au in Gabbro Intrusions of Western Limb • African Rainbow’s Kalplats Deposits (~6.5Moz PGE resource) along strike in RSA • Measured and Indicated 69.91Mt @ 1.48g/t 3E* • Inferred 67.44Mt@1.57g/t 3E* * 3E= platinum + palladium + gold 7
Kraaipan Gold Project Kraaipan Gold Project Unexplored Western Limb of Kraaipan Potential for both Au in BIF, and PGE-Au in gabbro mineralization • BIF, and gabbros located and sampled in limited prospecting 2019-20 Exploration Program: Pre-IPO Post-IPO • Compile all past water • Follow-up MMI borehole drilling for geochem depth of Kalahari • Drill testing of • Airborne Mag-EM to map conductors and BIF, QFP’s and gabbros geochem anomalies BIF Outcrop 8
Kalplats Project – Stella Layered Intrusion • One Bullion’s Kraaipan PL’s as well as a portion of PL 040/2020 encompasses a portion of the same Greenstone terrain found at Kalplats project. Measured Resources Indicated Resources Inferred Resources Mt Pt/Pd/Au g/t Mt Pt/Pd/Au g/t Mt Pt/Pd/Au g/t 14.04 1.59 55.88 1.46 67.44 1.57 9
Kraaipan Gold Project Previously proven exploration strategy for gold over the western (Stella) belt, would be the targeting limited strike length, subtle magnetic anomalies in proximity to large amplitude magnetic anomalies using IP surveys. 3 out of 4 zones at Kalgold are in the same stratigraphic unit and are associated with subtle, linear magnetic anomalies cause by pyrrhotite replacement of cherty BIF along steeply dipping ‘ladder’ veins. The 4th zone magnetite rich BIF. The gold is associated with discordant (flatly dipping) quarts sulphide veins with pyrite being the dominant sulphide. The geophysics indicates similar zones. We identified 15 targets for IP geophysics ±112km Individual lines designated for Maximum electrical coupling with Selected targets, will be more effective to Identify potential gold-bearing sulphide. The magnetic response over top priority area, consists of a multitude of limited strike length high and low amplitude, linear anomalies indicating possible sulphide zones The horse tailing structure next to the shear zone at I, are known to contain sulphides 10
Molopo Farms PGM-Ni Project ~60km of the western margin The Molopo Farms Complex (“MFC”) was emplaced at the same time as the multi-PGM & chromite mine Bushveld Complex in RSA MFC under-explored due to Kalahari overburden, but PGM’s and Ni-Cu discovered in several locales along the margins including 2.5km long basal “reef” near Bray by Goldfields Best intersections: 3.25g/t PGM+Au,0.35%Cu, 0.60%Ni over 1.24m near Bray, 1.8g/t PGM+Au with 1.73% Cr over 0.1m at Keng 14.6%Ni and 870ppm Co over 0.3m at Keng • One Bullion licenses cover a ~60km long portion of the western margin of the Molopo Farms Complex near Keng • Includes the basal most units prospective for PGM and Ni-Cu- Co mineralization • One Bullion will use state-of-the-art exploration methods • Exploration will target both Bushveld type PGM-Chromite “reefs” and ultramafic-hosted Ni-Cu massive sulphides 11
