Track Assets and Inventory
• The TaaS solution can be used to locate assets and
inventory within Aldi facilities and throughout the supply
chain, when in proximity of a Trackster enabled device
and/or partner (e.g. 3PL or logistics company)
• Assets can be located based on their latest reported
location and a history of asset locations and utilisation
can be viewed via the dashboard
Assets can also be reported, based on:
• User-defined geofences (e.g. a warehouse or distribution
centre)
• Pre-defined zones at specific customer sites
• Asset location data can be integrated with third party
systems for audit, billing and SLA compliance reporting
purposes.
• Data on asset utilisation, dwell times and routing can be
analysed to optimise the supply chain and assets

INTEGRITY
Trackster Care app will let you find the location,
temperature, moisture and shock history of an
asset in transit.
Logged history of events are loaded into the cloud
to enable smart automated responses to specific
events such as dwell time alerts, temperature,
moisture limit breaches and any shock event
during a journey.
The data is displayed to public, the authentication
enables access to the history and links to a
dashboard to access the smart data features.

ASSETS: Library of all trackers and their
allocated assets, here the user can unlink a
tracker and asset.
USERS: This is only available to user profile
which are admin, here the user can add users to
the client, change user’s passwords, and
suspend a user’s account.
DATA: This is made available to user via a bulk
export or streamed in real time via an API, here
the user can add data to their ERP, analyze data

24USE CASE PROBLEM STATEMENT Sort Mail bags • Trackster have identified a solution for both Singapore Post and DNATA to manage the air mail bag scanning and sorting process. • Right now bags are sorted into airline and destination by Singapore Post, soon DNATA will be sorting the mail bags as part of their service to Singapore Post. • DNATA and Singapore post, along with destination postal administrations such as Australia Post will benefit from the ability to Automate the scanning of the mail bags as they are sorted into their destinations and airline carrier AKE. • This process will also ensure that all mail bags will be accounted for both in dispatch and on the ground.
USE CASE SOLUTION Sort Mail bags • Trackster have a cost effective device that can be applied to the mail sacks and then tracking can be used to ensure the sacks are sent to the correct airline and final destination. • Devices can then be left with the mail sack and used again in the future. • DNATA are able to automate the AKE allocation and monitor the AKE location and progress from ground processing to loading and unloading.
USE CASE TEST CASE Track from Singapore to Sydney • Trackster would like to demonstrate the value of the solution to multiple stakeholders via working with DNATA in Sydney and Singapore to deliver this track and trade proof of concept. • Devices can be installed by DNATA or Singapore Post in Singapore will be collected from the mail sack and used again in the future by DNATA in Sydney for other freight tracking.
USE CASE KPI’S Business Case for Singapore Post and DNATA • Trackster would like to set a KPI for stakeholders that allows for the expedited loading of mail sacks for air freight operations, along with providing an automated scan event when the mail sacks arrive in Sydney. • Further learnings and insights will be collated in the process to fine tune both the implementation of the use case and drive more benefits inside each of the stakeholder businesses.
CUSTOMER CASE STUDY Cold Chain and Product Integrity • Trackster’s Taas Solution provides real time data on the condition of shipments (temperature, moisture and shock). • Unlike logging solutions the Trackster sensors provides environment data in real time so that proactive remedial action can be taken to prevent damage and spoilage. • The Trackster solution provides accountability as to where adverse environmental events occur and the party responsible. • Combined with blockchain Trackster’s solution can provide data to assure the provenance and authenticity of shipped goods.
TRIAL CASE STUDY Perishables Australian Export Solution Perishable integrity is a key component to freight operations service level agreements. CT Freight are the largest freight forwarder r of perishables, Australia's Leading Perishables 3PL can now for the first time log the temperature in air and sea freight shipments and remotely report the freight cool chain integrity at the destination and then through the to the customers without having to open the container.
