SERVE LEAD SUCCEED UA High School farewell After nearly 65 years of service to the students, staff and residents of this community, Upper Arlington High School marked its last day of operation following the final day for students on May 27. In preparation for this milestone, alumni, families and community members were welcomed into the building for a final walk-through in April, hosted by the Upper Arlington Alumni Association and the Upper Arlington Education Foundation. Upper Arlington High School also welcomed back the Class of 2020 to walk to their old classrooms, see their teachers and have an official graduation photo opportunity on the stage of the auditorium. In June, work began to demolish the old building, which will be done with great care, especially in the area built on the site of the Litchford family cemetery. The new Upper Arlington High School, the new Windermere Elementary School and the Barrington Elementary School renovation project are all on budget and on schedule to open for the start of the 2021-2022 school year in August.
