A note from Lesley
of Inner Health Yoga
My name is Lesley and I'm very much looking forward to bringing my Inner Health Yoga
class to the Grovedale Neighbourhood House in 2021! I have been practicing Yoga for
12 years now and teaching for 5.
I'm trained in traditional Hatha Yoga (Advanced Dip of Yoga) and specialise in Slow-
Movement-Yoga, especially suited to people suffering from a chronic disease, anxiety, insomnia,
lower back pain, osteoarthritis & osteoporosis etc, but also for those beginning or more
experienced in Yoga.
I focus on increasing: strength, balance, flexibility & agility - leading to greatly improved health
and general wellbeing.
My class will run for an hour and you will need: a yoga mat, cushion & maybe a blanket.
Please come and join me and start your own Yoga journey in 2021!
Namaste ... Lesley
