Booking Conditions:
1. Based on a minimum group size of 15 participants. Any numbers below this will result in
re-costing. Program cost allows for 1 FOC for each group.
2. The program has been prepared for students who are 13 years of age or older traveling to Australia on a Tourist Visa.
3. The Escort from the company traveling from overseas is to act as Guarantor for all group participants under the age of
18 years whilst in Australia.
4. A Holmes Colleges representative will escort the group on all activities. The program cost does not include for activities
or tuition to be conducted on public holidays or Sunday.
5. In Gold Coast, homestay families will pick up and drop off students each day. 9. Travel Insurance to cover loss of
baggage, medical expenses etc. is not included in the package price. It is the responsibility of each participant to
obtain travel Insurance prior to travel to Australia.
6. Your Company is to provide written confirmation that the program is to proceed 45 days prior to program
commencement date. A 10% non-refundable deposit is to be paid to Holmes Colleges at the time of acceptance of this
program.
7. Closing date for applications and finalization of participant details to be provided 30 days prior to program
commencement date.
8. Cancellation Policy. If written notification is received 30 days prior to program commencement, no cancellation fee will
apply. If written notification is received within 30 days of program commencement, a 20% cancellation fee per
participant will apply.
9. Program cost and itinerary is subject to change and availability.

Summary
Holmes College is open from 8:00am – 6:00pm Monday to Friday only.
Please note that the Meeting Point is the Bus Stop
in front of the Sofitel Hotel.
Pacific Fair Shopping Centre
Pacific Fair boasts more than 300 stores including retail giants Myer, Kmart, Target
and Coles, as well as a huge variety of cafes and eateries. The vast range of
specialty stores includes David Lawrence, Dissh, Lorna Jane, Valley Girl, General
Pants Co., Gypsy Rose, Mollini and Pulp. Homewares and furniture retailers include
Nick Scali, Loot and Bed, Bath 'n' Table. The Birch, Carroll and Coyle 12 Cinema
Senstadium screens the latest release movies in air-conditioned comfort. And all just
a short walk from Holmes College.
Movieworld
Movie lovers will have a riotous good time at Warner Brothers Movie World. Hunt for
the 'Wascally Wabbit' on the Looney Tunes River Ride or scare yourself silly on the
Scooby Doo Spooky Coaster.
A shining new light will dawn upon Warner Bros. Movie World this December with the
opening of the new GREEN LANTERN rollercoaster. Step inside Wayne Manor to
embark on the Batman Adventure Ride with the 'Caped Crusader'. Travel 'Superman
Fast', reaching 100km/hour in just two seconds on the Superman Escape. Movie glitz
and glamour is everywhere in the park. Meet your favorite stars and see behind-the-
scenes action. Head to the thrills and spills Stunt Driver show to watch the explosive

Skypoint (Q1) / Surfers Paradise
SkyPoint located on top of the iconic Q1 Building, one of the world's tallest
residential towers takes you to the highest point above the Gold Coast and offers
spectacular 360 degree views from the surf to the hinterland and beyond. Board the
express elevator for a trip 230 metres above the Surfers Paradise glitter strip.
Take advantage of the Skyhigh Studios during your visit and create the ultimate
souvenir of your visit to Skypoint and the Gold Coast. On the ground floor, you will
find the Skypoint retail store offering a wide range of quality homewares, holiday
memorabilia, apparel and gifts.
Students can also take a walk through Surfers Paradise exploring the shops or visit
Infinity, Haunted House, Timezone and Ripley’s Believe it or Not (costs for Infinity,
Haunted House, Timezone and Ripley’s Believe it or Not are not included in package).
Brisbane City
Brisbane is named after the river on which it sits which, in turn, was named after
Scotsman Sir Thomas Brisbane, and is the capital and most populous city in the
Australian state of Queensland. Visit Mt Cootha which is 287 metres above sea level,
has the highest peak in Brisbane – wow what a view. Explore Southbank – ride the
Brisbane Eye, take a swim or just sit, relax and take in the river and city views. The

Lunch for this excursion will be provided and don’t forget to bring your swimming gear if you want to brave the surf. Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary is the Gold Coast’s leading native wildlife and coastal rainforest experience. With hundreds of native Australian animals on display in natural bushland and rainforest surroundings, Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary provides a rare opportunity to get closer to our amazing native wildlife. You can cuddle a koala, experience the wild Lorikeet Feeding, Free-flight Bird Show, Totally Wild and Snakes Alive Show and Kangaroo Feeding. Aboriginal and Islander dancers perform in daily shows.
