    Dear Colleague:

    You are now part of Grupo Autofin México’s International Division,
    watershed of our way into the North American market. We are a leading

    in México.

                  DEAR COLLEAGUES:

                  During this month the Mexican car industry shows a slight recovery and
                  the domestic market trends indicate that, as we have anticipated, the big
                  opportunity to even out the achievement gap in the first semester is present,
                  the competition escalation creates winners and losers among brands
                  and distributors.

                  Those of us who have undoubtedly made a good work are now reaping the
                  harvest, while the lack of consolidation in the consumer’s preferences in the
                  past causes the coming perspective for brand operation and sub-operated
                  authorized dealers to show no improvement potential.

                  The international field is also uncertain. The markets show such nervousness
                  that they provoke instability to a global level. In my opinion, we face a
                  speculative scenario.

                  Today, more than ever, keeping acceptable a cashflow and not over leveraging
                  becomes critical. I beg all of those responsible of such decisions to apply a
                  war economy to this respect, since the consequences of not doing so could
                  severely affect the growth pace we, thank God, have kept in our Car Division:
                  more than 800 new jobs will be created from these new investments, as
                  well as the opportunity for all of us to get positions of a higher responsibility
                  and income.

                  Let’s not allow a lack of an opportune action or an incorrectly weighted
                  decision make us miss such a wonderful possibility.

                  I trust we will have an excellent year’s closure.

Finally, next September the 12th the fully finished Mundo Imperial
Resort will start operations, with President Enrique Peña Nieto as a
guest for the opening ceremony, who, God willing, will be confirming
day and time for this enormous distinction.

                                                             In the last twelve months, MI BANCO has renewed
                                                             itself, with a great strength and dynamism in the
                                                             inside as well as in the outside, reaching great results,
                                                             such as becoming the best bank in transparency of
                                                             Car Credit and Classic Credit Card evaluations carried
                                                             out in November 2013 and March 2014 respectively
                                                             by Mexico’s Transparency Office, the CONDUSEF.
                                                             The evaluation of transparency in Car Credit took in
                                                             consideration 70 financial institutions that offer this
                                                             product. Their contract, title page, account status
                                                             and web page were reviewed. In the Credit Card part,
                                                             the qualification takes into account aspects related
                                                             to the bank’s behavior towards the users, according
                                                             to the Financial Entities Bureau. In both evaluations
                                                             MI BANCO got a grade of 10. This is the first time
                                                             MI BANCO gets these results, competing with
                                                             financial institutions with years of experience. This
                                                             achievement is a boosting and value-generating pride
                                                             to all of us who take part of this Institution.

 L   ast June 10th, MI BANCO served another year in
     the market. To everyone in this institution, it is a
 great joy to celebrate its eighth anniversary and to
 work, day after day, committed to make MI BANCO a
 solid, profitable and trustworthy institution.

 Banco Autofin began operations on June 10th 2006
 with its first branch office, located in Grupo Autofin
 México’s corporate offices. Nowadays we have

     New Communication Strategy
     Part of the change is the implementation of a new image for
     all of MI BANCO’s branch offices based on a communication
     strategy, transmitting formality, seriousness and innovation,
     with the purpose of having a wider impact and increasing
     brand knowledge.
         As part of these changes, on April 2014 MI BANCO’s new
     web portal (www.bam.com.mx) was launched, displaying a
     fresh, updated image, designed to enable our customers with
     a precise and clear visualization of our products, their use of
     online bank and consult of the price quote of Car Credit for
     their dream car, available everywhere.
         The Intranet renewal allows a personalized access to all
     the different microsites which form it, from downloading of
     payroll receipts in the brand new CFDI and XML formats, to
     checking out the Regulation that contains manuals, policies,
     formats, memos and operation guides that regulate the
     business processes.

     On June 3rd 2014, MI BANCO was acknowledged among
