CRISPY CHIK’N CAESAR SALAD
    5 Minutes | Serves 2

Ingredients                               Directions
y   2 heads of romaine lettuce, chopped   1. Cook Chik’n Patty according to package instructions then

SOUTHWEST CRISPY CHIK’N WRAP
    15 Minutes | Serves 4

Ingredients                        Directions
y   4 tortilla wraps               1. Cook Chik’n Patties according to package instructions then
y   3 Alpha Foods Chik’n Patties   slice into smaller pieces.

y   1.5 cup beans                  2. Lay out a tortilla on a cutting board. Spread avocado and
y   1.5 cup lettuce, chopped       salsa over the tortilla then add ¼ of the rest of the ingredients.
y   3/4 cup vegan cheese
                                   3. Fold sides and roll tightly. Repeat steps for additional wraps.
y   ½ cup salsa                    Cut in half when ready to serve.

NASHVILLE HOT CHIK’N SANDWICH
     15 Minutes | Serves 1

Ingredients                                                      Directions
y   1 Alpha Foods Chik’n Burger                                  1. Combine ingredients for Cajun Mayo and set aside in fridge
y   Dill pickle slices                                           while you prepare the other ingredients.

y   1 Burger Bun                                                 2. Cook Chik’n Burger according to package instructions or air
                                                                 fry at 390 degrees for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
y   Coleslaw (optional)
                                                                 3. While the crispy chik’n burger cooks, add all ingredients for
Nashville Hot Sauce                                              the Nashville sauce to a small saucepan and heat over medium,

CHIK’N PARM SANDWICH
    20 Minutes | Serves 1

Ingredients                              Directions
y   2 Alpha Foods Chik’n Patties         1. Cook Chik’n Patties according to package instructions OR you
y   1 hamburger bun                      can use an air fryer. Set to 390 degrees and cook for 14 minutes
                                         flipping halfway through.
y   1/4 - 1/2 cup marinara sauce
    (depends on how saucy you like it)   2. To make the cheese sauce, melt the butter in a pot.
y   Italian parsley, chopped
                                         3. Once butter is melted, add flour and whisk. Cook for 30

y   1 Tbsp vegan butter
                                         4. Add plant-based milk and whisk. Cook for 30 more seconds.

                                         cheese, another chik’n patty, more sauce and cheese, then top
                                         with some chopped Italian parsley. Enjoy!

BBQ RANCH CRISPY CHIK’N BURGER
    25 Minutes | Serves 2

Ingredients                                          Directions
y   2 Alpha Foods Chik’n Burgers                     1. For the BBQ Ranch sauce, add your vegan mayo, yogurt,
y   2 burger buns, toasted                           almond milk, fresh herbs (can use dried if fresh is unavailable,
                                                     but use half the amount), salt & pepper, BBQ sauce, garlic
y   Tomatoes, thinly sliced                          powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, and vinegar to a bowl.
y   Pickled jalapenos                                Mix well until combined. Taste and adjust seasoning. Add less
                                                     almond milk at first and add more until you reach your desired
y   4 slices vegan pepperjack cheese
                                                     consistency.
y   Frozen onion rings (about 3 per sandwich)
y   1/2 cup vegan mayo                               2. Bake your Chik’n Burger and your frozen onion rings
                                                     according to package instructions. In the last 2-3 minutes of
y   1/2 cup vegan plain unsweetened yogurt           cooking the chik’n, add 2 slices of cheese to each burger and

CHIK’N BIG MAC
     15-20 Minutes | Serves 1

Ingredients                                        Directions
y   2 Alpha Foods Chik’n Burgers                   1. Cook Chik’n Burgers according to package instructions OR
y   1 slice vegan cheese                           you can air fry them at 390 degrees, for 12 minutes, flipping
                                                   halfway through.
y   1/2 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded
y   5-6 dill pickle slices                         2. While Chik’n Burgers cook, let’s prep everything else.
y   1 sesame bun + bottom half of another bun
                                                   3. Combine vegan mayo, ketchup, mustard, relish and vinegar.
y   1 heaping Tbsp vegan mayo                      Stir until well combined. Set aside in the fridge.
y   1/2 Tbsp each ketchup, mustard, sweet relish
                                                   4. To prepare your middle bun, use a serrated knife and shave
y   splash of white vinegar                        off just the bottom of the extra bottom bun.

                                                   5. Grill your buns in a bit of vegan butter until well browned.
                                                   Set aside.

                                                   6. Once your Chik’n Burgers are cooked, add to the pan you
                                                   grilled your buns in over medium heat. Top with the cheese
                                                   slice, then cover with a melting dome to melt the cheese.

                                                   7. Once cheese is melted, assemble as follows; bottom bun,
                                                   sauce, lettuce, Chik’n Burger, sauce, middle bun, sauce, pickles,
                                                   lettuce, Chik’n Burger, sauce, top bun. ENJOY!

CHIK’N KATSU CURRY BOWL
    30 Minutes | Serves 2

Ingredients                          Directions
y   2 Alpha Foods Chik’n Patties     1. For your tonkatsu curry sauce, in a saucepan over medium-
y   2 servings of rice               low heat add your water, soy sauce, rice vinegar, toasted
                                     sesame oil, sugar, Japanese curry paste, and salt to taste.
y   1 Tbsp vegan butter              Whisk until everything is mixed through and cook over a low
y   3 green cardamom pods            simmer for 5-10 minutes.
y   2 whole cloves
                                     2. For the rice, cook your rice according to the package
y   Salt to taste                    instructions, but add in your vegan butter, and whole
y   Broccoli (steamed)               cardamom pods, cloves, and salt to taste before covering the
                                     pot with the lid. Allow to sit covered with the heat off for 15

                                     3. Cook your Chik’n Patties in the oven according to package
y   1/3 cup Japanese curry paste

y   3 cups water
y   ½ tbsp soy sauce                 4. Place your rice in a small bowl, packed tightly, and flip into
                                     your serving bowl. Pour in some of your tonkatsu sauce on the
y   ½ tbsp rice vinegar              bottom, slice up your crispy chik’n patty and place it on top.
y   ¼ tbsp toasted sesame oil        Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds and serve with
                                     steamed broccoli on the side. Enjoy!

CHIK’N PARM LINGUINE
    15 Minutes | Serves 2

Ingredients                                                  Directions
y   2 Alpha Foods Chik’n Patties                             1. Cook Chik’n Patties and pasta according to package
y   16 oz linguine pasta                                     instructions.

y   1 ½ cups marinara sauce                                  2. Drain pasta and add a small amount of oil.
y   2 Tbsp fresh chives, basil or cilantro, finely chopped
                                                             3. Heat up marinara sauce in another saucepan or in the
y   ¼ cup plant-based mozzarella shreds
                                                             microwave.
y   2 Tbsp plant-based parmesan
                                                             4. Add pasta to a plate or bowl, then add marinara sauce and
                                                             Chik’n Patties. Top with mozzarella and fresh herbs. Grate
                                                             parmesan and add salt & pepper to taste. Enjoy!
