To help kick jetlag to the kerb, we recommend
getting some fresh air and stretching your legs.
A great place to do just that is Centennial Park.
You can also hire a bike within the park and
even book a horse ride. If you prefer to relax
then Sydney has so many great beaches, Bondi
Beach is the most popular and has a bunch of
great organic cafes and restaurants to try some
Australian local produce. Our favourite
restaurant is Icebergs Dinning Room. The
restaurant is perched on a cliff over looking the
ocean pool and across Bondi Beach. If you would
prefer a personalised guide to show you the
hidden gems and introduce you to the locals way
of life, then you might prefer to book our
Essential Sydney Tour. It includes all the
highlights you would expect to see in Sydney

Sydney is fast becoming well known for her
amazing food and wine experiences. Today your

bustling suburb of Chippendale. Kensington
Street Social is our cafe of choice and be sure to
order yourself a flat white! Located in the
thriving Spice Alley, you will love the energy on
offer. We take a walk to look at local markets

high-density population and small-business
community. We visit a local boutique cheese
shop for a private tasting with accompanying
wines in the maturation room with your own
cheese Affineur. Lunch today is at Chiswick
restaurant, located in the heart of Woollahra,
where the village atmosphere exudes luxury.
Chiswick is the epitome of Paddock to Plate
dining, with many ingredients grown outside the
window in perhaps the suburb’s only kitchen
garden. Next we visit Australia’s oldest
continually run butcher shop, Victor Churchill,
dating back to the Churchill family, who founded
it in 1876. To end your day on a sweet note we
visit Gelato Messina at Bondi Beach.
