- 2nd Trials to Nationals for National Open, Junior and Senior
- Trails to Westerns for Elite 3&4 Level 4, level 5 and Open
Competition REC levels include:
GIRLS/BOYS Performance and Performance Plus Interclub
Adult competition
Gymnaestrada Group Performance
SECOND WEEKEND MARCH 23-25
Competition WAG levels include:
JO 1-10
Canadian Aspire 1 & 2
HP National Novice, Jr and Sr.
1st Trials to Nationals. & Trials to Westerns
ENTRY FEES
JO 1-2 $85/athlete
All other WAG/MAG levels $110/athlete
Late Entry - after Jan 19, 2018 an additional $20/athlete
Interclub $85/athlete
Adult $85/athlete
Gymnaestrada group performance $50/athlete
Admin Fee for Twisters doing Club Registration $20

Registration from Jan. 20 to Feb.1, 2018 each athlete will be considered late and incur an additional

MUSIC REQUIREMENTS
1. All music MUST be uploaded by February 16, 2018
** JO 1-5 -- We will be primarily using the piano version.
AWARDS
WAG age categories will be split based on registration numbers.
WAG - JO1 & 2: Gold, Silver, Bronze Ribbons & All Around Medal
WAG - JO 3 to National: Medals for 1st to 3rd place, ribbons for 4th to 8th place
MAG - Medals for 1st to 3rd place, ribbons for 4th to 6th place
Performance Interclub: Participation Certificate and Medal
Performance Plus: Certificate, Gold, Silver, Bronze Ribbons and All Around Medal
Performance Challenge: Certificate, Gold, Silver, Bronze Ribbons and All Around Medal
MAG Team Awards
A team award will be awarded only if there are 2 or more teams present.
A team award may be given out to teams in Levels 2-5, Elite 3, Elite 4, Open, Junior and Senior.
Team Eligibility
You will be considered as a team if you have a minimum of 3 athletes competing on each event in the level.
There is no maximum number of athletes that can be on a team. The team can either be a club or province
team. The top 3 teams will be announced at the end of the session. Only the top team will be given a team
award.
Team Score
Team score will consist of the total of the team’s top 3 scores per event on 6 events.
SCRATCH POLICY
Scratch deadline is March 1, 2018
All withdrawals after March 1, 2018 will be subject to a $20.00 administration fee provided that a
medical note and the completed Twisters scratch form is received via email 24 hours before your
scheduled competition. -NO EXCEPTIONS
NO shows and on-site scratches result in NO REFUNDS
Refunds will only be issued after April 3, 2018
SUBSITUTIONS & LEVEL CHANGES
Level changes will not be accepted after March 1, 2018
There will be no substitutions on the floor.
All substitutions must go through the meet registrar info@twistersgymbc.com 48 hours prior to your
scheduled competition.
UNREGISTERED ATHLETES & COACHES
All athletes listed on the entry form must be properly registered with GBC PRIOR to the meet entry
deadline. Unregistered athletes will not be permitted on the competition floor until registration has been
properly completed and all fines have been paid.
