commercial/industrial carpentry including forming, framing, doors, drywall and ceilings. Applicant should be

3) Carpenter
Mitchell Design Build is in search of a career minded person with experience in: concrete forming (foundations and
flatwork), miscellaneous wood framing (blocking, sheathing, etc.), cabinetry/millwork installation, insulation, hanging
commercial doors, metal stud, drywall and acoustical ceilings. Applicants should be proficient in these areas and
should be able to work independently, but also take direction and work with others. Applicant must have a
minimum of 10 years’ experience.
Applicant must also be willing to engage in other Divisions of Labor including demolition, site/earth work, masonry,
and foundations. Experience in these areas is a plus, but not required.
Applicant must have tools to perform all tasks above including but not necessarily limited to: complete set of hand
tools, impact drivers, screw guns, circular saw, etc.
Applicant must be experienced in reading and understanding blueprints.
Applicant must have a valid NYS Driver’s License and have reliable transportation
Salary based on experience.
