About Saral Services :
Society for Action Research for Livelihood Services (Saral Services) is
Not for profit organization registered under the Society Act. It has
offices in Hyderabad, Delhi and Darima (Bihar). Saral Services has
been registered in 2005 and since then it has been working with
deprived sections of the Society. Saral Services works for democratize
the use of Information and Internet technologies in the information
economy. In past, Saral Services in collaboration with 100 plus CSOs,
trained their staff in automation of monitoring systems. In partnership
with Rajiv Gandhi Foundation (RGF) we facilitated the Access To
Opportunity for persons with disability (PwD) since 2018. This year
started training for 100 PwD in Foundation Digital Course of three
months duration. This training course is known as Safal100 Basic.
This training shall enhance their capacity to improve their access to
opportunities.

We propose to start a new batch of 100 youths of India specially
those who are poor and deserving from Aug 20, 2020, the
Sadbhavana Diwas.

Foundation Digital Course (Safal100 Basic)
We train to use document apps such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Video
Conferencing/ online meetings apps such as SKYPE, Google meet,
Zoom, E-Commerce apps for shopping, Education portal for children
education, Govt apps for utility payments, Booking of railways tickets,
Payment of property tax, Income tax filing, Sending emails to friends and
relatives, Matrimonial search, Job Search, Application for part-time jobs,
information portals for entitlement

Benefits : Capacity building in information technology skill set and
productivity digital tools to enhance employability and access to
opportunity.

Training Format
Lecture
Power point materials on each class. Experience teacher shall take the
lecture on SKYPE / Zoom / Google Meet 45-60 minutes class, Once in two
days. Google Classroom for Project / Quiz Work
Tutorial Class
2 hours class daily where students can clarify doubts and get
assistance in project completion
Weekly/Monthly test
Online MCQ test once a week on weekly course coverage and once
monthly on month course coverage
Monthly Award
Once in a month, there shall be an award to the best performer

Communication
Batch Whatsapp group
There shall be one whatsapp group for communicating to all the
trainees who will participating in the class. Each of them shall
register for the training. Only registered candidate can join the
group. All 100 trainees shall be the member of the group. This
only for receiving the regular instruction like a notice Board.

Tutorial Group Whatsapp group – (Sadbhavana and
Swadhyay Group)
For the purpose of doubt clarification there shall be
smaller groups with 8-10 members. One faculty shall be
part of the group to respond to the doubts.

Basic office skill covering MS Office (Word, Excel and
   PowerPoint presentation - Basic functionality only),
   folder management and document search

Lecture Class Timetable
There will be a lecture class every alternate day

Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Timing :

10:30 am – 11:30 am

 There will be a Tutorial class every day

 Timing : 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Project Work and Quiz
After the class, project works shall be given and trainees
shall do the project and seek help in the tutorial class to
complete the project and clarify all the concepts.

MCQ based Quiz shall be administered once a week based
on the courses covered during the week. There shall be a      Safal100
monthly Quiz and test based on the monthly course
covered. Score card shall be prepared based on the marks
obtained in the test and project work.
We shall also examine your active participation on the
tutorial whatsapp for helping others and asking relevant
questions
