•    The Minister of Water and Sanitation

Programme Mentors
•   The Mentors are contracted for 20 hours a month and the ratio for each Mentor is 1: 5

Programme Mentors are responsibilities for the following:
     •   Develop the training plans that are approved by Statutory Councils ( ECSA &
         SACNASP)
     •   To sign Graduates reports and log-books as required by Statutory Councils.
     •   On quarterly basis Mentors evaluate the Graduates quarterly training reports.
     •   Develop the training rotation plan for each Graduate.
     •   Register Graduates as Candidates with the Statutory Councils
