Sale Weekend incentive 2018
Privacy Notice
Vicinity Centres PM Pty Ltd (ABN 96 101 504 045) (‘We’, ‘Our’ or ‘Us’) on behalf of
Bankstown Central collects your personal information as an entrant to the Promotion for the
purposes of including you in this Promotion, awarding prizes (where applicable) and
contacting you in relation to this Promotion. If the requested information is not provided, you
may not be permitted to participate in the Promotion. We also use your personal information
to help us: (a) understand your interests, preferences and activities in relation to centres
which we manage; (b) plan, operate and manage these centres and the digital channels
through which we engage with you; and (c) with your consent, contact you in future with
information on our promotions, special offers and rewards programs. We will also de-identify
and aggregate your data for market research and data analytics purposes. We may disclose
your personal information to our related bodies corporate and service providers, including
those located in the USA and Singapore. Our Privacy Policy (http://vicinity.com.au/privacy-
policy) further describes how we collect, use and disclose personal information and how you
can contact us to access, correct or complain about the handling of your personal
information.
1. The ‘Big Sale Bazaar Rewards’ promotion (Promotion) commences at 9:00am
(Australian Eastern Standard Time) (AEST) on Saturday 9 June and concludes on
the earlier of:
a. 4:00pm (AEST) on Sunday 10 June 2018; or
b. when all 300 of the Gift cards have been redeemed
(Promotional Period).
2. The Promotion is promoted by Vicinity Centres PM Pty Ltd ABN 31 934 700 534
(Promoter) of Bankstown Central, located at the corner of Stacey Street and North
Terrace, Bankstown NSW 2200 (Bankstown Central).
3. All participants (Participants) will be subject to, and will need to adhere to, the terms
and conditions as set out by the Promoter and any future terms and conditions or
alterations to these terms and conditions.The Gift
4. The Promotion gift pool has a total value of $3000 and consists of four hundred (300)
Bankstown Rewards Cards valued at $10 each (each a Gift and together the Gifts).
5. The Gifts are supplied by GIVV Technologies Pty Ltd ABN 91 114 010 048
(Supplier).
6. The Gift value is correct at the authorisation date of the Promotion and the Promoter
is not responsible for any subsequent variation in value.
7. All Participants are subject to these terms and conditions.

8. To receive a Gift, each participant must, during the Promotional Period:
a. Spend a total minimum of $80 in a single purchase whilst shopping at any
participating fashion, homewares and beauty retailers listed in Schedule 1
(Participating Retailer) located at Bankstown Central; Only one reward allowed
per customer per day.
b. obtain a valid receipt evidencing the purchase (Receipt);
c. present the valid Receipt to the Guest Services Team at Bankstown Central
located on Level 2 near Lowes menswear store.
d. allow the Receipt to be stamped by Bankstown Central staff thereby deeming it
no longer valid for obtaining any additional Gifts;
e. Redeem their Gift.
9. There is a limit of one Gift Card per Participant per day during the Promotional Period.
10. Participants may enter more than once in this Promotion once throughout the
Promotion Period but can only collect one(1) gift card per presentation.
11. Entries not in accordance with these terms and conditions are invalid.
12. Receipts must be original. Copied, faxed, forged, illegible, mutilated or tampered with
Receipts will not be accepted.
Invalid Receipts
13. The following Receipts are not valid Receipts for the purpose of the Promotion:
(a) receipt(s) from retailers not listed in Schedule 1;
(b) receipt(s) recording bill and car park payments and prescription medicine,
mobile phone recharge card, lottery ticket and tobacco and tobacco related
product purchases;(c) receipts recording Layby payments except where a Layby is finalised and
payment completed during the Promotion Period;
(d) receipts recording redemption of gift card purchases, store credit, refunds and
exchanges;
(e) ATM or EFTPOS receipts;
(f) credit card or bank statements; and
(g) Receipts that the Promoter has reasonably determined to have been
tampered with or have been obtained fraudulently or are a reprint of the
original receipts.
14. A Receipt can only be submitted once in the Promotion. The Promoter
reserves the right to stamp and/or photocopy each purchase Receipt
submitted in the Promotion before returning them.
15. Receipts must be original. Copied, faxed, forged, illegible, mutilated or
tampered with Receipts will not be accepted.
General
16. No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost, incomplete or misdirected
entries. Entries which contain incorrect contact details shall be deemed invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any
Participant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these
conditions, or engaged in unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to
jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter’s legal
rights to recover damages or other compensation from such a person are
reserved.
17. Any decision made by Centre Management at Bankstown Central in respect of the
Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. Proof of identity may be required to collect any Gift.
19. If the Particpant is under 18 years of age, the Gift will be awarded to the Participant’s’s
nominated parent/guardian upon presentation of photo identification. The
parent/guardian shall be deemed the Participant for the purposes of these terms and
conditions.
20. The Promotion is open to all New South Wales residents, except employees,
contractors, agents of Bankstown Central sponsors of the Promotion and their
immediate families; employees of Vicinity Limited or related body corporate and theirimmediate families; tenants in Bankstown Central and their immediate families; the
staff of tenants in Bankstown Central and their immediate families; the contractors of
tenants in Bankstown Central and their immediate families; the proprietors and staff of
companies involved in the production, publishing and administration of the Promotion
and their immediate families. Immediate families means spouse, defacto spouse,
parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) and grandparents. Tenant
means lessees, licensees and, in the case of a corporation, includes their directors.
21. By entering the Promotion, the Participants hereby give Bankstown Central and the
Promoter authority to publicly announce their name at any stage.
22. Any personal information which you provide as part of this Promotion will be collected,
held and used by the Promoter in the manner set out in these Terms and Conditions, in
the above Privacy Notice and in our Privacy Policy which can be viewed at
http://www.vicinity.com.au/privacy-policy.
23. The Gifts are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash or kind and is subject
to these terms and conditions and the Supplier’s terms and conditions.
24. The warranty on the goods and services obtained as a result of the Promotion remains
the sole responsibility of the Supplier of the Gifts.
25. The Promoter (including its related entities) and its respective officers, employees,
contractors and agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is
suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential economic loss) or for
personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of the Promotion or in connection with a
Gift.
26. If the Gift is unavailable for whatever reason (except where all Gifts are redeemed prior
to the conclusion of the Promotion) the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Gift
for a gift of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable statutory requirements.
27. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the
Gifts.
28. This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
29. Participation in this promotion will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and
