VARSITY STATUS – LADDER SYSTEM
              Four – tiered Step Ladder challenge system
After Purple/Gold matches – Players are placed on the ladder.
• All players may challenge any player who is one step above them in
   attempt to reach that step.
• All Challenge matches must be played prior to FRIDAY’S PRACTICE
   (UNLESS – MANDATORY)
• An individual can only issue ONE (1) challenge a week. A play can
   challenge above and be challenged from below in a week (possibly
   play two challenge matches)

COACHING:
  We try to limit our coaching/talking with our players during
  matches throughout the season, less & less as the season
  progresses. We feel this better prepares our players for these
  major tournaments at the end of the season. We believe our
  players are better able to make match adjustments on their
  own in these major tournaments because of this. A coach is
  always watching a match.
  A coach will ALWAYS discuss match play with your kids at the
  conclusion of their matches. We expect all players to report to
  us at some time after their match prior to leaving the tennis
  court area to discuss their match with us.

SAFETY CONCERNS

We have a Legal Duties Plan in effect at practices,
  home matches and trips. We have a trip roster
  and copies of their physicals with us at practice
  and trips. (Kept confidential)
We put the safety of our players first. If you have
  any concerns, please share them with us.
Coaches carry cell phones and contact information
  with them at all practices and matches.

Cut Bank “A” Invitational
  We will be looking for families willing to
house players from out of town schools once
again. We appreciate everything our parents
have done to make the “A” Invite one of the
best Tennis Invitational in the State each and
                every season.
