     • Those who have signed a contract with Herbalife will now be called “Members.” Specifically, this term is used for individuals

     • “Distributors” are individuals who have signed a contract with Herbalife AND are doing business at Supervisor level or above.
     • The International Business Pack (IBP) will now be called the “Herbalife Member Pack” (HMP). The Distributor Application will
       now be called the “Herbalife Membership Application and Agreement”, which is included in the HMP.

What is the carbohydrate source in Formula 1?
The main source of carbohydrate energy in the Formula 1 product comes from Fructose. Fructose
is the sweetest of all naturally occurring carbohydrates. It is a simple sugar found in many plants,
honey, and root vegetables, and is one of the most basic units of carbohydrates. Natural fructose,
like other simple sugars, supplies your body with energy.

A serving of Formula 1 has a similar amount of fructose as a small apple

Cristiano Ronaldo
    Herbalife-sponsored football champion Cristiano Ronaldo gives us an inside look into his world-class
    work ethic and nutrition habits.

    Q: When did you first realize that you had football talent?
    A: In the beginning, I felt that I was different from the other kids, and that I was pretty good at the game.
    But I didn’t think that one day I would be a professional playing for Manchester United or Real Madrid.
    I just played for enjoyment.

    Q: You’re a professional and a hard worker. Where did you get your work ethic?
    A: It comes from my family, especially my brother, who was a player. Not a professional player, but he
    always gave me good advice to help me improve myself. It comes from my teammates, too, and from
    my own inner drive and dedication to give 100 percent all the time. It’s born within you, I think. It’s
    definitely born within me. If you have talent, if you have all the potential to be a fantastic player, you have
    to work on that. That’s what I did and continue to do, because I think it’s very important for my career.

    Q: When you were growing up, was nutrition something you even thought about?
    A: No. When I was young, I didn’t think too much about nutrition, eating healthy or even maintaining
    proper hydration. I just thought about playing and enjoying the sport. I think I was around 17 years old
    when I started to realize how important nutrition was to my game.

    Q: What do you do to make sure your body is fueled properly and ready to perform at its best?
    A: I always eat high-quality meat, fish and carbohydrates. I always eat a good breakfast. But I also think
    it’s very important to focus on recovery and on fueling your body right after training and games. When I
    don’t eat, hydrate and sleep well, and when I don’t take the right supplements, I feel the difference.

    Q: You mentioned recovery, which is key to the work you’re doing with Herbalife. You use Herbalife24™

    performance the next day?
