DAY BY DAY ITINERARY
Day one: Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, meet the Abercrombie
& Kent Guardian Angel and driver and overnight in Nairobi.
Day two: Drive to Amboseli National Park, South East of Nairobi close to the
Northern Tanzania border. Arrive at the lodge in time for lunch and an
afternoon game drive.
Day three: Head out on morning and afternoon game drives in Amboseli and
capture the perfect Kilimanjaro shot; mornings are the best for this. In the
afternoon visit the Oltiyani School supported by the A&K Philanthropy Project:
Safe Water For Schools.
Day four: Do a morning game drive out of the park to the Namanga Border.
Here you will cross over into Tanzania and you will be met by the Tanzania
guide and drive onto Karatu for the night.
Day five: Today game drive in the Ngorongoro Crater - known as the Garden
of Eden. This is the best place to see black rhino in Tanzania.
Day six: Drive to the Serengeti National Park in the morning, enjoy the ever
changing landscape below. Enjoy a picnic lunch on the way to maximise the
time in the park.
Day seven: Enjoy further game drives in this amazing landscape. Keep a
sharp lookout for the elusive predators like leopards and cheetahs.
Day eight: Fly across the border into the Masai Mara National Reserve.
Immigration formalities are done at Tarime and Migori. Arrive at the lodge in
time for lunch and an afternoon game drive.
Day nine: Head out on morning and afternoon game drives in the Masai Mara.
Day ten: Catch the flight back to Nairobi and the onwards international flight
home.

Day five & six: Explore the Mara on morning and afternoon game drives as
well as interacting with the local community to see how they live.
Day seven: After breakfast fly to the Serengeti National Park and arrive at
Mkombe’s House in time for lunch. In the afternoon head out on a game drive.

Day one: Arrive at Kigali International Airport and overnight in Kigali.
Day two: After a morning tour of the city, including a visit to the very moving
Genocide Memorial, drive to Volcanoes National Park.
Day three: After an early breakfast drive to the Gorilla Tracking HQ to meet the
guides, porters and the other people tracking in the group. Tracking can take
anywhere from 45 minutes to five or more hours. Once trackers have reached
the designated family they have one hour with them. Return to the lodge for
lunch and optional afternoon activities.
Day four: Early this morning head out on a Golden Monkey Trek. This unusual
species is endemic to the Virunga Volcanoes mountain chain. In the afternoon
choose to explore the twin lakes on a walk followed by a canoe with a
sundowner on board (additional cost).
Day five: Set out for Kigali early this morning to catch the midday flight to the
Serengeti. Arrive in the afternoon and do a short game drive to the property.
Day six & seven: Spend the next two days exploring the Serengeti National
Park on morning and afternoon game drives. There is the chance to do an
early morning balloon safari (additional cost).
Day eight: Fly to the Lake Manyara Airstrip and transfer to the hotel for an
afternoon at leisure.
Day nine: Set off for a full day game drive in the Ngorongoro Crater - the
worlds largest unbroken caldera. Guests should keep an eye out for rhinos who
call the crater their home.
Day ten: Drive to Arusha and relax in a day room before being transferred to

DAY BY DAY ITINERARY
Day one: Arrive at Entebbe International Airport and overnight in Entebbe.
Day two: Fly to the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest and arrive at the lodge in time
for lunch. In the afternoon explore the village on a community walk.
Day three: After an early breakfast drive to the Gorilla Tracking HQ and meet
your guide, porter and the other people tracking the same family. Treks can take
anywhere from 45 minutes to six or more hours. Once the allocated gorilla family
is reached everyone has 60 minutes to enjoy the experience.
Day four: After breakfast fly back to Entebbe and connect onto Nairobi for the
night.
Day five: Drive north to the Ol Pejeta Conservancy in Laikipia. Arrive at the
camp in time for lunch and an afternoon game drive; the conservancy is famous
for its rhino conservation program and guests will undoubtedly spot several.
Day six & seven: Ol Pejeta has a wide range of exciting activities included in
the stay such as visiting the Jane Goodall Chimpanzee Sanctuary, meeting
Barak the blind rhino and exploring their Conservation Centre.
There are a huge number of other activities available including lion tracking with
the rangers, a behind the scenes tour of the Jane Goodall Chimpanzee
Sanctuary to help with the feeding, visiting the K9 anti-poaching unit to learn
how they protect their precious wildlife, a morning horse ride to see the last two
remaining Northern White rhinos in the world or visiting the cattle ranch to learn
about the interaction between livestock and wildlife (all at an extra cost).
Day eight: Fly from Nanyuki to the Masai Mara. Arrive in time for lunch and an
afternoon game drive.
Day nine & ten: Spend the next two days exploring the Masai Mara on game
drives. Whilst you are here you can also visit a Masai Village to experience their
unique way of life or take an early morning balloon ride over the plains
culminating in a bush breakfast with a glass of bubbly (at an additional cost),

Day one: Arrive at Entebbe International Airport and overnight in Entebbe.
Day two: Catch the morning flight to the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. In the
afternoon explore the community and see how they live.
Day three: After an early breakfast drive to the Gorilla Tracking HQ for a briefing
and meet your guide, porter and the other people tracking the same family.
Treks can take anywhere from 45 minutes to six or more hours. Once the allo-
cated gorilla family is reached everyone has 60 minutes to enjoy the experience.
Day four: Today there is the option of doing a second gorilla track at an

Day one: Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport and transfer to Siringit Villa

Day six: Drive to Lake Manyara Airstrip and fly via private charter to the
Grumeti Game Reserve on the edge of the Serengeti National Park. Have

DAY BY DAY ITINERARY
Day one: Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and transfer to the hotel
for the night.
Day two: After an early breakfast drive to Amboseli National Park. Arrive in
time for lunch and an afternoon game drive.
Day three: Morning and afternoon game drives to explore Amboseli. Try and
see the peak of Kilimanjaro and photograph some of Kenya’s largest tusked
elephants.
Day four: Transfer to the airstrip for the flight to Nairobi at 09:00am connecting
onto Lewa Wildlife Conservancy at 10:20am approximately. Lewa was one of
Kenya’s first private conservancies and is the best place to see Black rhino in
East Africa. Arrive in time for lunch and an afternoon game drive.
Day five: Head out on a morning nature walk and a afternoon game drive.
Day six: Transfer to the airstrip for the flight to the Masai Mara at 09:35am
approximately. Arrive in time for lunch and an afternoon game drive.
Day seven & eight: Morning game drive in the full splendour of one of the
world’s most densely populated wildlife area - the famed Masai Mara. Optional
afternoon Masai village visit. We highly recommended an early morning
balloon flight (additional cost) over the Mara plains with Champagne breakfast.
Day nine: Fly back to Nairobi at 11:00am and have lunch. After lunch there is
some time to do some shopping in the city before being transferred to Jomo
Kenyatta International Airport for the onward flight.

DAY BY DAY ITINERARY
Day one: Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and transfer to Eden
Nairobi.
Day two: Today explore Nairobi - head out to feed the giraffes at the Giraffe
Centre then onto the Ololoua Forest where the A&K Insider Access Experience
takes place: Forest Folk Stories. In the afternoon you will have a private visit
with the elephant at the David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage.
Day three: Board your private charter to the Masai Mara, on arrival you will be
met by the guides from Mara Nyika and enjoy a game drive into camp.
Day four & five: Spend the next two days exploring the Naiboisho
Conservancy on the edge of the Masai Mara. The conservancy has the highest
density of lions in the Mara and for each guest there is 350 acres of land
ensuring you receive the most exclusive game viewing experience.
Day six: After a leisurely breakfast drive to the airstrip for your private charter
flight to Borana Conservancy in Laikipia. On arrival you will be met by the Arijiju
guides and enjoy a game drive back to the house.
Day seven & eight: Spend the next two days exploring Borana, famous for its
rhino conservation program. Enjoy sundowners on Pride Rock (the inspiration
for The Lion King), indulge in inclusive spa treatments, work up a sweat on the
tennis court, take in the smaller wildlife on game walks or simply relax by the
pool, book in hand, and watch the wildlife below.
Day nine: All good things must sadly come to an end; after a leisurely
breakfast board your private charter back to Nairobi. Arrive in time to indulge in
some shopping at some of the best boutiques in town before driving to Jomo
Kenyatta International Airport for the flight home.
