WHAT TO SAY TO LEGISLATORS
It is important for legislators and their staff (as

them to say it too, and call for policies to support
it as such. This helps change the normative
framework for all of the housing issues that
we work on: because housing is a human right,
we need to extend the eviction moratorium;

fund universal vouchers; all this creates the
