Dear Friends of Episcopal Collegiate School,
It is with great pleasure and pride that we welcome you to the 2020 Stay Wild Auction! Your
presence at this bi-annual event supports our school in so many ways.
On behalf of our grateful students and staff, thank you for your outstanding support of our wonderful
school and this important event. Your generosity tonight directly affects each student and
teacher. All proceeds generated at this event will help fund the Parents' Auxiliary events and
programs. These programs provide grants to faculty for professional development
opportunities that directly benefit all of our students. In support of this mission, countless hours have
been invested by volunteer parents over the past year to insure you have a diverse collection
of auction items and experiences to bid on tonight. We are so grateful for all who have volunteered,
attended, sponsored, and supported this event. Tonight, as we gather once again to enjoy the
fellowship of each other’s company, please remember that your contributions will make a significant
difference in the lives of all of our students from Lower School to Upper School.

Wonderful Weekend in the Bluegrass State
This package includes a stay for four in the guesthouse of Summer Wind Farm, a thoroughbred farm in Georgetown, Kentucky,
as well as a tour of the brood mare farm to see the mares, foals, and yearlings. Additionally, spend a day at nearby Keeneland
racetrack in a private box. This package must be used in 2020 during the spring meet (April 2-24, 2020) or fall meet (October
2-24, 2020) at a mutually convenient date.

Montego Bay Getaway
Tryall Club in Montego Bay, Jamaica was nominated as one of the best Caribbean resorts in 2018. Legacy Villa is a colonial style
two-bedroom home offering endless views from its covered veranda across lush gardens and the golf course to the shimmering
sea. As night falls, watch the moon rise over the hills, and be captivated by the distant, twinkling lights of Montego Bay. This
package includes a four day/three night stay at Legacy Villa located at the Tryall Club in Jamaica. The hillcrest location near the
Great House not only gives Legacy Villa stunning views, but it is also in close proximity to the tennis courts, workout center,
massage rooms, pool, restaurant, and kids' club. Guests are responsible for any personal expenses such as meals, beverages,
tips for housekeeper/cook, golf, and a daily resort fee of $26 per person. Legacy Villa is not available on any Episcopal Collegiate

Arden Boyce Painting
Arden Boyce, one of the region's premier artists, was commissioned to paint this spectacular 20" x 24" original oil landscape
painting of the Episcopal Collegiate campus. As Arden has grandchildren at Episcopal Collegiate, it was important to her to
capture the true spirit of this school that we all know and love. It was also important to her that the painting include the hustle
and bustle of students between classes. The beautiful framing was selected by the artist to perfectly compliment the painting.
Additionally, the image depicted in the painting will be used in future fundraisers and school merchandise, meaning that your
auction contribution will continue past this evening.

Trading Places! Head of Middle School for the Day
Has your middle schooler ever wanted to trade places with Dr. McCormick? Well, here's your chance! One lucky middle school
student will trade places with Dr. McCormick for one day during this 2019-2020 school year. The student will occupy the Middle
School Head's office, have a say in the dress for the day, chair a morning meeting, and convene with different Episcopal
Collegiate School administrators. In addition, the student will work with Dr. McCormick to plan something for activity time for
the students. Meanwhile, Dr. McCormick will assume the role of the student, attend all classes, and even take notes. However,
he will not take any test or quiz, nor will he do any homework for the student.

Danube River Cruise on October 16-23, 2020
This fantastic seven-night trip will begin in Budapest, Hungary and will conclude in Vilshofen, Germany. Other ports of call
include Bratislava, Vienna, Weissenkirchen, Grein, Linz (Salsburg), and Passau. You will enjoy excursions in every destination.
All onboard dining, including the Chef's Table Specialty Restaurants, is included. The dates of the trip are October 16-23, 2020,
and the trip must be confirmed with donor by March 25, 2020. Airfare not included, non-transferable, cannot be exchanged
for another trip.

Head of School for the Day
Join Dr. Perkinson as Head of School for the day! As Head of School, you will sit on the stage during MS/US chapel and make
an announcement, plan the lunch menu, go straight to the front of the lunch line, enjoy an ice cream treat, lead a senior
leadership meeting, sign cards and letters in Dr. Perkinson's office, and submit a list of three suggested changes to the Board
of Trustees. This item is available to any current student grades 6-12.

Weekend on the Prairie
