1. Introduction
The videogames sector and more specifically the Esports are consolidating as one of the main
sectors in terms of growth and job opportunities.
Specifically, the sector shows an annual growth of around 26.7% in 2019 *, with an annual
turnover of 897.2 million dollars and a forecast of reaching 1.8 billion dollars in 2022, which shows
that it is a market in full growth and expansion.
Professional Esports players are already a reality, they compete under the shield of Esports clubs
nationally and internationally. For this reason, Ágora International School and Wizards Club join
forces to offer a quality educational program in Esports, which trains the professionals of the
future by two entities of recognized trajectory and prestige.
Worldwide, there are numerous organizations that make up this sector. From organizers (ESL,
Dreamhack, Starladder, ..), clubs (Cloud9, TSM, Team Liquid, ...) through communication,
regulation entities (ESIC, ...) to endemic and non-endemic brands (Intel, Predator , Movistar, ...).

1.1. Wizards Club
Wizards Club is a company dedicated to the Esports or electronic sports sector, this being a Club
that competes nationally and internationally in different video game competitions both online and
in person for more than 15 years. Currently considered among the best clubs in Spain and has
several international titles that position it as a benchmark in the sector.
In addition, Wizards Club stands out for its great ability to discover and train talent, many of the
most recognized players began or have passed through our ranks, figures such as Xpeke, Mithy,
Araneae, Flipin or Musambani have taken the colors of Wizards to the highest competitive level of
their respective games. In addition, it has a large network of content creators and relevant
influencers within the sector, highlighting xFarganx as brand ambassador to produce and
distribute audiovisual content.
1.2 Ágora International School Barcelona
Agora International School Barcelona is a private international school belonging to the

Globeducate group. The education provided is distinguished by educational innovation and high
academic and social performance, with personalized attention to each student and their specific

2 - Educational program in Esports
2.1 Introduction
Wizards Club and Ágora international School have created a complete educational program that
integrates regulated training in ESO with specific training in Esports, to train talented people and
transform them into true professionals.
2.2 Definition and content
The specific Esports content of the educational program that students can choose is divided into
the following two disciplines:
● MOBA: Training in League of Legends.
● BATTLE ROYALE: Training in Fortnite.
In addition to the specific technical training, students will receive training in different

competences of different fields necessary to meet the needs in the workplace today:
● Leadership.
● Initiative and proactivity to achieve defined goals.
● Role definition and decision making.
● Emotion management.
● Confidence and frustration management.
● Participation and intragroup communication.
● Creative, critical and analytical thinking.
● Concepts and strategies to improve adaptability and flexibility in stress situations.
● Management tasks and execution times.
● People management.
In Esports, it is important to combine daily workouts with physical exercise to increase the
performance of professional players in competitions. For this reason, the course will have 1 hour a
day of physical exercise at school (swimming, basketball, soccer, etc.), before starting the training
day in Esports and with a specific program in nutrition and health with the objective of Increase
performance and prevent possible injuries.
In addition to all of the above, students will learn to use data analytics tools that will allow them to
evaluate the following:
● Personal performance and improvement points.
● Evaluation of results, strategies and mechanics of the team.
● Analysis of strategies and mechanics of the rivals to adapt to their next matches.
Professional players must be prepared to compete anywhere in the world. Therefore, the course
will be taught entirely in English. Being able to access English reinforcement classes in case a
student needs it.
2.3 Adaptation and flexibility
The academic year has the following services for students to make it easier to integrate between
the ESO course and their specific Esports training, as follows:
● Flexibility and adaptation in the teaching schedule to compete: The regulated academic program
is flexible so that it can adapt to the competitive periods of the students. But always maintaining
the rigor and academic level above the Esports training, this condition being essential for them to

access the competitive circuit proposed by the Esports professors.
● Personalized tutorials: Students have a direct communication channel with teachers to solve all
their doubts and concerns.
● Personalized academic guidance: An academic advisor will accompany the student throughout
the academic process, his mission is to know, guide, motivate and support him in all processes to
achieve his goals.
● Training in personal brand, communication and social networks: In the Esports sector, the
competitive part is as important as the personal brand. Therefore, students will be trained for the
correct creation and management of their personal brand in the following areas:
o Photography.
o Video editing.
o Treatment of social networks.
o Adequate and responsible communication.
2.4 Real competition as a learning mode
Students will compete regularly in the amateur and semi-professional circuits of the discipline they
have chosen (League of legends, Fortnite) to put into practice their skills and strategies learned
during classes. In this way, they can compete in a real environment and analyze the data obtained
in the corresponding competitions in order to continue growing as professional players.
2.5 Wizards Academy and other professional teams
The most talented students will have the possibility of being part of the Wizards academy teams,
and defending the club's colors in professional competitions. Students will undergo a real Tryouts
process with the sports staff of the Club in which they will measure each other and against other
teams to determine their level and potential.
Different possibilities will be offered according to their characteristics, and having been part of the
program will act as a seal of quality appreciated by other teams, opening the door of
professionalization not only with Wizards but with almost all Spanish and international teams with
which we have direct contact.
3. Program conditions
The conditions of the educational program in Esports are as shown below:
● Start of the course in September 2020.
● The tuition fee is 2000 euros and must be paid before the start of the course. If the registration
is made before May 1, a 20% discount will be applied to the registration.
● The total price of the educational program (ESO and Esports) is 19,500 euros per year.
● The standard payment methods are:
or 50% in July.
or 50% in December.
o If the entire course is paid in September, a discount of 2% will be applied to the remaining total,

excluding tuition.
● The course includes dining service for students.
3.1 Accommodation options
The accommodation options offered by the educational program are:
● Residence with a family located next to Ágora international School Barcelona with half board
and transportation included (subject to availability). The price of the stay will be xxxx (see Ágora).
● Accommodation in student residence with guardian in charge and full board during the entire
stay, the price is 22,500 euros additional per year.
3.2 Registration and Enrollment Process
After sending this information, the future student will have an online session with Wizards sports
staff members to learn about their specific experience and needs, ensuring their correct
placement by level.
Once completed, both parents / guardians and the student will have an online session with the
representatives of the school, with the possibility of visiting the facilities and resolving all doubts
regarding the educational program.
